Dr. Cote is a Florida native, growing up in DeLand and north Central Florida. After dental school he served as a dentist and dental specialist in the US Army for 7 years, treating soldiers at Ft Gordon, GA, Ft Hood, TX and Ft Riley, KS. His time in the service is summed by the Dental Corps slogan serving to heal, honored to serve. As a Major, Dr. Cote honorably exited the Army in the summer of 2017 to return to his home state and fulfill his dream of owning a practice.
Dr. Cote is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. He is credentialed in IV sedation and is a LANAP laser and Wilkodontics certified provider. He is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP), American Dental Association,Florida Dental Association and Dental Society of Greater Orlando.

This office is wonderful. The staff very friendly and helpful. Dr Cote the best. Elena is very gentle and caring. I can't say enough positive things about this practice. I have been using them for years and had a very successful tissue graft as well. Would not go anywhere else. Thank you Cote Periodontics

I am very happy with the medical care I have received. Dr Cote listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and did so without making me feel rushed. He took my concerns seriously, and treated me with respect. I would recommend his practice to anyone; but especially to those who have reason to be particularly anxious, or who have had past negative experiences in a medical setting.

Wow!!!! Extremely impressive!! Dr. Cote acts just as I did when I was a practicing Chiropractor, former Owner of Fox Chiropractic. As soon as I made a new patient appointment, he left me a voicemail message welcoming me to his practice. I did the same thing in my practice.~~. This is one of only a few professional front offices in Central Florida where the staff is efficiently helpful and dedicated to solving problems, not creating more problems like other front offices. Most importantly, Dr Cote is a serious listener who explores all possible solutions with patience and genuine understanding of long term objectives and health. I was fortunate to meet him at a time when I had lost hope with other doctors who misled me, and he rescued me from their spurious recommendations. I highly recommend Dr Cote and his staff for periodontal services.

After being referred by two different dental practices. Dr. Lee M Cote completed work on my lower and upper gum lines. This work was needed due to years of aggressive brushing. Both surgery's went as planed and the the results are more than i could have asked for. He does AMAZING work and I would highly recommend him to any and all.

I had a dental emergency and called after hours, not really expecting anyone to help me instantly. The woman who answered the phone was most helpful, sympathetic and kind. Twice the office offered me appointments that were canceled so I could begin getting treatment right away. So grateful to Dr Cote and his staff. Highly recommend them. Exceptional.
