Dr. Manreet Pannu Grewal has been practicing general and cosmetic dentistry for over 15 years nearly a decade of which has been locally here in Orange County. She is passionate about dentistry and believes in treating patients with empathy and compassion while offering the best dental care to her patients.
Dr. Pannu graduated from dental school in 2002 and completed Advanced Graduate Studies in Operative and Cosmetic Dentistry from the Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine-Boston University in 2006. Since then, she has continued to participate in dental seminars and continuing education programs and is highly trained in LASER technology, root canals, dental implants, restorative and cosmetic dentistry.
She also completed the advanced training program in implant dentistry provided by the California Implant Institute. By attending continuing education courses, she is able to deliver the highest standard of dental care by providing a complete range of services to her patients using the latest technologies available. Dr. Bassem Alkatib is a Board-Certified Endodontist, a graduate of USC Dental School, and USC Endodontics Residency. After completing his residency program, Dr. Alkatib worked as Adjunct Faculty at USC School of Dentistry in addition to his private practice.
He used this opportunity to mentor, educate, and instruct dental students. He is passionate about his work and strives to uphold the highest standards in dental care. Dr. Alkatib has over 20 years of experience and is committed to serving his local community. During his spare time, Dr. Alkatib enjoys swimming, cooking, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Absolutely love this dental office! Everyone is so incredibly nice and the staff are super knowledgeable. They also do a really good job of talking patients through everything they're doing, which helps if you have anxiety about going to the dentist.

Dr. Grewal and her staff are all hard workers, professional, and friendly. They worked with me for months on my front tooth which I had a past root canal on, and made sure the crown I had put in was the best fit and shade. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you all!!

I have been to Smiles Dental Office in Costa Mesa several times, including just recently. I have never had any issues regarding the work. They treat for what is needed and preventative and are practical about treatment options. I get great teeth cleanings. Consistently, the office staff, and technicians, and of course the dentist, are friendly. I feel confident that my dental care is in good hands.

Coming to this place for the first time in over years of not going to the dentist made me feel nervous at first. Then I entered and Susan at the front desk was so nice ! The whole staff are all around amazing, kind, and knowledgeable. I am so happy I have found a new dentist and hygienist to go to now. Every single person in that office helped me feel so welcomed. Can't wait to come back!
