Dr. Meyer and his wife, Michalina, enjoy chasing around their two young children, taking short day trips around Northern Virginia and exploring new restaurants when possible. Someday, they would like to get back to playing golf and traveling.
Dr. Shane Costa graduated from the University of Richmond and then received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree, cum laude, from the Medical College of Virginia. After dental school, he completed a one-year advanced education program in general dentistry at the Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas.
Recognized as a Top Dentist in Northern Virginia for the past six years, Dr. Costa provides high-quality dentistry and beautiful smiles with maximum comfort through meticulous attention to detail. He ensures his patients satisfaction and comfort by carefully listening to their needs and thoroughly explaining procedures to them.
Dr. Costa and his family are residents of Leesburg, Virginia. He is a devoted member of the Great Falls Community and a proud sponsor of Celebrate Great Falls. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Virginia, and their three wonderful children.
Born in Tokyo and raised in Massachusetts, Dr. Neha Garge completed her undergraduate degree in biology and English from Tufts University and went on to get her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Boston University.
Author of The New Dentists Guide to Real World Dentistry, Dr. Garge is passionate about educating her patients and colleagues when it comes to high-quality, comfort-focused dental care. As a young child who required a lot of dental work, she understands the value of finding a dentist you can trust.

First time at Costa Dentistry and I am pretty happy with my experience. Both my hygienist and doctor were awesome! I moved away from my previous dentist because they were using fear and shaming to make me spend more, happy to report that Costa dentistry didn't do that and were very professional!

High tech equipment and nice new waiting area, but an unpleasant receptionist. Also, they do neither root canal treatments nor extractions. One of their competitors in Great Falls Village does both.

Very impressed with the welcome, staff and practice on our first visit to Costa Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. Each staff member is caring, thoughtful and professional and their focus is on individualized care. The facility is bright, clean and comfortable. This was my first experience with Costa Dentistry. I was extremely impressed with my entire experience. This was the most technologically advanced office that I have used in my 60+ years of dental work. All the latest technology and diagnostics. Surpassing that was the experience involving staff. From a quick check-in to getting extensive Digital X-rays by Dani, to an excellent and PAINLESS cleaning by Winnie, and ending with a detailed examination and discussion of my current status and future recommendations by Dr. Marucci, my experience was the best I have ever had, and I have had a LOT! Major kudos to Costa Dentistry, Dr. Marucci, and her amazing team!!

Best Dentists in the Western Hemisphere ( that covers a lot of territory,!) Love the bright, open atmosphere Dr Costa has created. If you have to see a dentist, why would you go anywhere else?
