Great first experience. Look forward to future treatments - Changed on November 4, 2022 I wish I could say awesome things about Costa Dentistry, but right now, with failure to follow up, and help me get the treatment that i need, they fail the "care test" i have for care providers. I went in when one of my fillings fell off, and I was having a tough time eating from one side. I shared the situation with the care provider and the first appointment was just phenomenal, with 3d views of my mouth and promise of a treatment plan. I was thrilled, and was waiting for a treatment plan First Miss, I did not get a plan and had to call them. When I did, I got a story about my insurance not being supported. Well, I'd have loved to hear about that. But I wanted to confirm from insurance. Who immediately confirmed that they do. Now I was confused. The insurer says that I am covered at the dentist, and the dentists say my plan is not supported. Why!!!! Well, devil is in the alphabets. Costa accepts Dental PPO, while my insurance is a DPO (according to the provider). Well what on earth is DPO you say? Glad you asked, it is Dental PPO and that's a term the firm in Texas calls DPO. After much discussion, i figured there must be a way. So I asked if there was. The office, as sweet as always, said that they can send a breakdown of the treatment plan to my insurance provider. That is Awesome, finally a way out. So I agreed to that. A few days (or week) past, and I received the breakdown by mail. Dentists must have it too, right? Well I waited for a few days and called. They didn't seem to have it, Flummoxed, i offered to, and sent the response from the insurance provider. Days past, no action. Still continuing with the original problem, but now I am not sure if I can go to another dentist, since i "Burnt" the 6 month check budget, i thought. And of course, i like the practice for multiple reasons. Well, days and weeks pass again, and I call today. And they politely said that something has been uploaded somewhere. Oh well, here we go again. I asked if there is going to be a medical/dental talk sometime soon. I may have been a little too persistent or maybe my language, boosted by being raised by a bureaucrat, was asking them to take a position on "Will I be or will I not get treatment for the dental problem I came in to start with"? I asked the question a few times, and finally the sweet lady who answered the question had had it. She firmly said "I don't want to keep repeating the same thing ", "I can have a manager, who has already left for home, call you on Monday" or "Schedule you for an emergency session on Monday. I don;'t know the world in which an emergency is taken care of in four days, that must be an interesting world. I am not sure I want to be part of that world. Overall - the dentists and assistants are good, but the process management seems to be right out of a third world government office. Here's me hoping I'll have my teeth taken care of. Maybe its god's will!!! if my teeth continue to pain, then I would not eat as much resulting in much needed weight loss, Maybe that's what they were after all this time? or were they. Sarcasm apart, guys, can you help me by either taking care of the dental situation or telling me that this is beyond you? I am begging you. As a foodie close to the eating season, i want my crown (on my teeth) and I do love your practice.

There is no other dental experience like at Costa Dental. From the moment you walk in either office, you can see the attention to details and cleanliness. I have been a patient for over 5 years and my experience has always been excellent. Highly recommend this practice.

The staff is the friendliest, doctors are awesome. Everybody makes you feel so comfortable. My 3.5 year old loves going to them. Thanks guys for the most amazing experience and care. All smiles :)

Costa Dentistry is filled with genuine smiles, outgoing staff and an amazing desire to care for their patients. In an emergency, I was treated same day due to pain and you can't get that type of care anywhere. The staff makes you feel comfortable for the whole visit and helps you leave with a big smile! Costa Dentistry ROCKS!

Well, we all choose places that have more reviews and high rating. The reason this place has over 1.1k reviews is because ppl like my self receive a txt msg from the office which asks to leave a review for a chance to win a $50 Amazon gift card. So I don't know if those reviews pertain to the service or the $50 gift card. It took the dental assistant more than 30 mins to complete a set of X-rays as I could tell (compare to other dental offices) his X-rays skills were very poor (taking 3-5 X-rays for the same area). Without my consent, the dentist conducted a cancer screening (by placing her hands under my jawline) only to find out that I had to pay $30 during checkout. To my understanding other offices ask clients if they would like to get screened for cancer and usually it involves a device. According to the dentist, crowns take up to two weeks to be prepared as they have to go to a lab, where as other dental offices have a machine that prepares crowns on site. The dentist was good however her name is not mentioned in the website at all. I checked in at 7:20 and left past 9am for just a consultation as first time patient. Overall, very disappointed, as i believe google review rating is a complete failure.

They treated me like I was a patient before I was a patient. I need a root canal and need antibiotics which was even considered for me anywhere else. I'm never going to forget that. When I can budget for it, I'll be a regular patient there because I know they care about your health.

Had a wonderful visit at Costa dentistry! The staff is very friendly and made me feel so comfortable. The visit was efficient from beginning to end! Always a pleasure being at their office.

I go here because of the proximity. Its walkable from where I live. I have been going to the practice for 6+ years. The front desk has some attitude because of which I hate going here. When there is an issue, they tend to push the issue as your problem. The dentists are ok but I detest going there because I have to handle the front desk. I hope the day comes when they are replaced by robots so I don't have to deal with them. Edit: Response to owner. Your response came 2 months after my post. I did my best to make this better in person - with your manager. As you can always obviously tell, I wasn't met with the most enthusiasm on this. Would you be interested in making this better, pls send me a named email ID I can write to (not a general inbox) so I know who I am talking to. Thank you.

Place seems on the high end. I don't mind their work but it appears they continue to push services on you constantly. I went in and on my last visit I was told I needed like 6K in invisaline to fix gum recession?

Great experience very clean and friendly staff and it was very nice to get a customer care gift for being a patient . It was also nice to have options of blankets ,pillows ,even Netflixs to help me relax in the dentist chair and I really liked being able to see my 3D scans of my teeth on a tv screen in front of me. All things I've never experience before at the dentist. Would highly recommend

Excellent dental practice! The office is extremely modern and clean and everyone from the front desk to the dental hygienists to the dentists are all amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure patients are comfortable and they do a great job explaining procedures. Highly recommend!

I was hesitant to go back to my dental office after being away because of covid , but the dental hygienist ,Stephanie, was just awesome! Great personality and really had great "chair side " manner! Overall experience back to the dentist was good! Dr. Bhangar was also great! Front staff were all very friendly and polite ! Thank you!

Love Costa Dentistry! Dr Kim and Vincent were great! Daisy at Front desk was so helpful with planning out all of my dental treatment and explaining what my next steps will be. As a new patient I felt so welcomed and can't wait for my next visit!
