A native of Shreveport-Bossier, Dr. Chris says the philosophy he practices is to provide the best orthodontic treatment possiblewhile making it fun for patients at the same time. Since going into practice with his mentor, Spiro Cosse, in 2000, he has strived to further his knowledge and training, and continues to drive progress in the field of orthodontics in many ways.
Dr. Jeff has been transforming smiles in the Shreveport-Bossier area since 2005, after being re-located by Katrina. He is passionate about utilizing the latest advances in technology and techniques to reduce treatment times for his patients.
We want not only to provide the best treatment possible, but an atmosphere that the kids enjoy,Dr. Jeff says. It makes it so much easier on the parents, knowing their children have fun during our office visits. I love what I do;I know how fortunate I am to have a job where I can make someone feel better about themselves by giving them a healthy, beautiful smile.

Whenever we go for our youngest daughter's ortho visits at Cosse & Silmon, we are always welcomed cheerfully. We love the atmosphere of the clinic. We especially love and are thankful for their concern and care for our girl! We've had 2 others who have gone through braces with Cosse & Silmon, too! We won't go anywhere else for our orthodontic needs!

This is TRULY for both the Shreveport and Bossier office as we started in Shreveport and finished at the Bossier office. My son started this process at age eight and was so scared it made the visits an ordeal but all the lovely staff members that dealt with us kept the faith (when I was ready to throw my hands up) they were loving, kind, and so patient with him. So much so that this year (he's now 15) when it is time for them to come off it is bitter sweet. Thank you ALL of you from reception to the folks at every chair, yes even financing :) and the Doctors! You're ALL an amazing group of people.
