I feel very fortunate to be part of dentistry. I have an opportunity to watch my clients go through life changes and be a part of it. Ongoing dental care and maintenance prevent oral and systemic health in the future. I believe early intervention and knowledge prevents many issues later on. The human body is one-piece and everything that happens within peoples mouth is linked to systemic health.I am enthusiastic about obtaining new knowledge by taking numerous continuing education courses and actively participating in several local and nationwide study groups. I am a graduate of the University of the Pacific, Arthur Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco. I also hold a license to practice dentistry in Japan. My deceased father was in dentistry. While I was in school, I was involved in craniofacial research where I studied cleft lip and palate extensively. I also completed a General Practice Residency in California where I provided care to medically compromised adults at Veterans Hospital and children under general anesthesia at University Medical Center. I enjoy being involved in the local community to share my knowledge with society. I am a member of ADA, WSDA, SKCD, TBI ambassadors (https://www.thebreatheinstitute.com/ambassadors.html#!directory/map) , AMR advanced program.
I gain energy from being with Cosmos Dentistry team and our clients. When I am not at Cosmos Dentistry, I enjoy being with my family, friends, reading, being in nature, and practicing Yoga and Pilates. We have a Balinese cat named Gumi and a Goldendoodle named Winnie which brings me so much joy and happiness.
