Dr. Larry Hon was born and raised in San Gabriel, California where he received his eagle scout badge, taught swimming, and tutored children in science. He graduated from University of California, Los Angeles and received his Bachelors degree in Physiological Sciences.
Dr. Hon continued his education at California State University, Dominguez Hills where he earned his Masters degree in Biology with a focus on advancing the understanding of the pathogenic mechanisms and virulence factors of bacterial infections. During his studies, Dr. Hon developed an interest in oral infections and moved from research to dentistry at UNLV School of Dental Medicine where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.
Following his passion for educating children, he decided to specialize in Pediatric Dentistry and completed his two-year residency at UNLV. Dr. Hon was awarded his Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry and is also Board Certified for the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.

We have been coming to Dr. Hon and his crew since moving to NV in 2018. We absolutely love them, the staff is professional and gentle on my daughter and Dr. Hon always remembers us and my daughters activities and asks how they're going. He is also great with educating the kids not only on the importance of flossing and brushing but why. Very kid friendly!

Our favorite pediatric dentist! All the tech staff and Dr. Hon are friendly, personable and thorough. We have seen other dentists and this is by far our favorite office. We are also cash-pay patients and appreciate the affordable options for care. All around, they are fantastic and professional. Cannot recommend enough!

Everyone there was super friendly and I greatly appreciated that the dentist explained everything he was doing and whats important. I switched from anthem dentistry and they were able to get both my son and daughter in same day as new patients. Overall great place and great staff.

I am left speechless and have nothing but gratitude for him. My son had been to two other dentistries prior to here and it was 2 months before they can help fix his teeth since they were adamant about doing anesthesia which I understand but one of his teeth started to get progressively worse and causing him pain. I called everywhere and no one would help him and then i called here. They scheduled me immediately, he had his consult and the very next morning had treatment. My son is a tough case due to medical history and Dr. Hon took on the challenge and involved me in every step of the way during treatment. I have definitely found the place i will bring my daughter who just sprouted teeth to. I cried as we drove off cause it felt like a huge weight was lifted. I cannot thank you enough!
