Dentists graduating and completing the 7 core classes at LVI are the top 1% in the nation.This commitment has allowed them to provideahigher quality of dental care to their patients.

Dr. Richard Sparks is committed to frequent continuingeducation& to providing the latest advances in dentalprocedures to his patients. His experience andtechnical abilitiesallow him tocombine the art & science of modern dentistrywhilealso achievinghis patients personal needs.
Dr. Sparks obtained his doctor of dental surgery (D.D.S.) from UTDB-Houston in 1996 & has been in practice in the Friendswood /Clear Lake area since 1998 . He has acquired over 220 hours beyond basic dental school at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies since he began attending in 2004. While at LVI, Dr. Sparks went through intensive training to be able to evaluate, diagnose and complete difficult restorative cases. He has the special skills to help patients not only look good, but feel good as well.
Dr. Sparks is an active member of the following: the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, International College of Cranio-Mandibular Orthopedics, The International Association of Orthodontics & the Greater Houston Dental Society & Academy of General Dentistry . It is his goal to offer the best possible care to his patients through commitment to numerous continuing education hours in advanced dental studies.

Can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Sparks and Cosmetic Smile Designs! I have been going here for years. If you're looking for "no frills" dentistry and orthodontics, Dr Sparks and his team are THE best. Earlier last year I developed TMJ and Dr Sparks recognized it was due to wrong orthodontic care I had been given in high school. 10/10, highly recommend

Dr. Sparks is a very professional, very nice, and awesome, awesome dentist. He explained to me everything I needed to know about dental health and issues of mine and my two teens, and I didn't feel anxious and nervous at all during my dental appointment. He also took very good care of my children during their cleaning visit. Tiffany is one of the best hygienist I've ever known! She's very sweet and nice you'd feel very welcomed. Heather is very informative and very accommodating as well. I would recommend this highly rated clinic! My family had a great experience!
