Dr. Jeffrey Babushkin is a nationally recognized expert in cosmetic dentistry and implant restorations. As a leader in the field, he lectures extensively on advanced implant technology and achieving superior esthetic results. A graduate of The Ohio State University where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery, he completed a general practice residency at the University of Maryland Medical System. Dr. Babushkin subsequently completed an implant maxicourse and certification at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center.

Dr. Babushkin is committed to ongoing professional development in order to continually expand and refine his professional, clinical and technological skills and insight. He is the only dentist in Fairfield County that is board accredited by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, an organization dedicated to advancing excellence in the art and science of cosmetic dentistry. This status was earned after submitting to the most rigorous, peer-reviewed accreditation process in the field of cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Babushkin is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry, an honor achieved by only 7% of general dentists. He is also a Fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantology which required extensive continuing education hours and successful implant case documentation. Dr. Babushkin is also a Fellow in the Pierre Fauchard Academy, an international organization that recognizes professionalism, integrity and ethics in the field of dentistry. Fellowship in this prestigious Academy is by nomination by professional dental leaders and recognizes outstanding achievements in dentistry. Dr. Babushkin is a member of the International Team for Implantology and the Academy of Osseointegration. He is also a Spear Education Faculty Club mentor. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, Connecticut State Dental Association and the Greater Bridgeport Dental Association where he has served on the Board of Directors.

Dr. Babushkin 's commitment to lifelong learning has continued throughout his career as both a mentor and a student. 'It 's the way I stay passionate about dentistry and knowledgeable about the most current dental techniques. 'Dr. Babushkin has studied extensively at the Seattle Institute for Advanced Dental Studies and Spear Education. He has also studied extensively at the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Studies, Brookdale Hospital, Oral Implantology, Dental Education Laboratories, and with the Aesthetic Advantage Continuum. Dr. Babushkin Lectures widely and is proud to share his expertise and knowledge at dental meetings and symposiums around the country. He has been appointed as a Clinical Instructor at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine and recently accompanied UCONN Dental students on a trip to Guatemala providing dental to impoverished communities. Dr. Babushkin is a Key Opinion Leader for Biohorizons Implant Company and a Branded Educator for the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He has been named Top Dentist by Connecticut Magazine, as well as Fairfield, Westport, New Canaan, Darien and Greenwich Magazines.

Dr. Babushkin has published articles in the International Journal of Periodontics & Restorative Dentistry and the Compendium of Continuing Education in Dentistry. He has also contributed a video segment to dentalxp.com, the foremost online continuing dental education forum in the world.

Dr. Tara Babushkin earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from the University of Connecticut School of DentalMedicine where she engaged inacomprehensive educational experience integrating biomedical, behavioraland clinical science. Dr. Babushkin excelled both academically and in the UCONN dental clinic where she treated patients, developing and enhancing her competency in general dentistry. She also served as a leader by organizing and participating in several service trips including travels to Ghana andGuatemala to provide dental care in underserved communities.

Dr. Babushkin continued her pursuit of exceptional clinical dentistry by completing a general practice residency at Stony Brook University Hospital. At the Stony Brook Hospital Dental Clinic, Dr. Babushkin gained valuable experience performing a variety of advanced dentalprocedures and treating a multitude of patients including those with complexmedical issues. Her patients often comment about how her warm and welcoming personality puts them at ease. A member of the American Dental Association, Connecticut State Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Dr. Babushkin is committed to post-graduate education as a way to continually hone her skills and improve her expertise in all aspectsof dentistry.

In her spare time, Dr. Babushkin enjoys golf and tennis and playing the guitar.Dr. Jeffrey Babushkin has championed his daughter's pursuit of excellence in dentistry. He continues to serve as her mentor and to impart knowledge, skills, and the most innovative techniques in dentistry. The Drs. Dr. Gabrielle Williamson received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine with distinctions including induction into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society and awards in general dentistry and oral maxillofacial radiology. Dr. Williamson served as an adjunct pre-clinical instructor for first year dental students at UCONN, demonstrating a passion for mentorship and education.

Dr. Williamson continued her pursuit of clinical excellence by completing a general practice residency at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA an intensive program with a focus on advanced clinical procedures and dental managementof medically compromised patients.

She is committed to lifelong learning and shares the Drs. Babushkins philosophy of providing the highest quality, patient-centered care. She is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Spear Education, the American Dental Association, and the Connecticut State Dental Association.She is also Invisalign certified.

Outside of the office, Dr. Williamson is an avid runner and has enjoyed exploring the West Coast hiking and food scenes. Originally from Connecticut, she is incredibly grateful to reunite with Connecticut pizza and join the CPD team!

Cindy received her Associates Degree from the Fones School of Dental Hygiene at the University of Bridgeport in 1990. She has been a valued member of our team since 1994. Cindy started her dental career working in her late father, Dr. Alan Schranks office, in various positions. Dr. Babushkin is honored to call Dr. Schrank a mentor.Cindy and her husband, Justin have a son named Eli. In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors and many activities-especially those that promote whole body and mind health and well being.

Rose received her Associates Degree from the Fones School of Dental Hygiene at the University of Bridgeport in 1981. She worked at a dental practice in Darien for 20 years before joining our team in 2004.Rose is married and has a son and daughter in law. She is also a proud grandma.

Melissa received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from The Fones School of Dental Hygiene at The University of Bridgeport in 1998 along with her Certificate in Local Anesthesia in 2006. Melissa joined the practice in 2014. Melissa is the Past President of theAmerican Dental Hygiene Association,Connecticut Branch, and an active member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. Shehas volunteered forHearts for Honduras on a tripthat took care of the dental needs of 300 under served children. Melissa enjoys, traveling and spending time with her husband, baby boy and three dogs.

Lucia received her Associates degree from the Fones School of Dental Hygiene at the University of Bridgeport in 1988. She has beena practicing Dental Hygienist since then and joined the CPD team in 2017. Lucia is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese. Lucia and her husband have a beautiful young daughter.

Wendy received her Associates of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from Hudson Valley Community College, division of SUNY, Albany, NY in 1993. Wendy joined the practice in 2019. She is the Past President of the American Dental Hygiene Association, Massachusetts Constituent, where she continues to be an active member. Since 2008, she has been a clinical educator and lecturer for Professional Learning Services, LLC, across North America. Wendy enjoys, photography, special occasion event planning, volunteering, and spending time with her husband, Rob, where they are advocates for special needs animal rescue & betterment.

Veronica studied dental assisting at the Connecticut School of Professional Studies and joined the CPD team in 2011. Veronica is a certified dental assistant and is amember of the American Dental Assistant Association. She worked in the Health Insurance industry before becoming a dental assistant and is also a licensed cosmetologist and a trained EMT. Veronica is fluent in Spanish. She enjoys hiking with her dogs, working out, trying new foods and the beach.

Katianna joined the Cosmetic & Preventive Dentistry team in 2012. She is a certified dental assistant and a member of the American Dental Assistant Association.Kat attended the Housatonic Community College and previously worked as a receptionist and medical assistant. Kat has lived in this area her whole life and enjoys cooking, salsa dancing and spending time with friends and family, especially her beautiful young son.

May received her dental assistant training from Porter and Chester Institute in 2014 and joined the CPD team in 2017. She is a certified dental assistant and a member of the American Dental Assistant Association. She received her Associates in Science from Housatonic Community College in 2011. Prior to dental assisting, she worked as a certified pharmacy technician and real estate paralegal. Mayuly is fluent in Laotian. In her spare time she e enjoys having adventures and making memories with her family.

Sue started her dental career in 1990 and has held many different positions inclucing dental assistant, receptionist, bookeeper and office manager. Sue joined the Cosmetic & Preventive Dentistry team in 2004 andis responsible for front desk administration, treatment planning andpatient financial matters.Sue has two children, Eric and Courtney. In her spare time, she enjoys biking, boating, hiking, gardening and concerts.

Robin graduated from Sacred Heart University with a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal studies. Robin grew up in Fairfield, working in her father's dental practice. After college, she worked in an actuarial firm for many years before joining the Cosmetic & Preventive Dentistry team in 2009. In her spare time, Robin enjoys being with her family.

Unora attended the Dental Auxiliary Training Center in Newburgh, NY. She has been working in various dental positions since 1995 and joined the Cosmetic & Preventive Dentistry team in 2009. Unora is our front desk manager and contributes in many ways to the practice including insurance claim management and front desk administration. Unora was born and raised in the Bronx and speaks Spanish fluently. She and her husband have three sons. In her spare time, Unora enjoys camping, tennis, volleyball and spending time with her family.
