My first visit to Dr. Rajab Zaza's clinic was to extract the wisdom tooth. It was possible that he had surgery to extract the tooth, but thank God and Dr. Rajab everything was done naturally and I did not need surgery. Thank you to Dr. Rajab Zaza, and the service is more beautiful than wonderful in the cosmetic & family dentistry

IF I could give them a 0 I would very unprofessional. My daughter is 8 months in a 1/2 pregnant and had to stop the car scared after they left some resin of pieces in my daughter mouth of a false crown . Because there was a miss comunicacion on the billing quote and after that she my little one was treated poorly and almost chocked on dose pieces . I will be speaking not only to my insurance but a lawyer and the better business bureau for your lack of professionalism in the way your secretary treated my daughter by dismissing her and the treatment my lil one got that almost choke to death

Horribly rude and sloppy. This dentist shaved my front tooth down without telling me and charged me for work not done. His actions are unsanitary and rude. He rested his entire forearm on my head and forehead while treating me even after I asked him to move it. He left a huge clump on my front tooth and left the room without fixing it. I waited for him to come back and fix it properly, which he did not. Instead he came back to complain about my insurance. His treatment of a first time patient is utterly disgusting. Please do not believe the fake five star reviews. There is no wait time because the office is empty. Save yourself the pain and embarrassment of being treated like dirt and walking out with teeth worse than you walked in.

i felt completely out of the loop regarding my own care! as a patient, i like to know what they plan on doing, what they are doing, how many appointments i might need, etc, but i received NO information, they told me nothing. the doctors and staff are very indifferent towards their patients. i do not recommend this place.

This is an excellent place that gets patients in quickly and does wonderful work. I had front and back top of mouth crowns replaced, and they did a great job. i am very happy with the results. the staff is wonderful and accommodating.

Dr. Oberoi is a great dentist and his staff members are friendly and kind. They are always professional in their behavior. Dr. Oberoi values his patients' time, so my waiting time is usually no more than about 20 minutes.

Dr Ravi Oberoi and his dedicated staff are pleasant with very good bedside manners. I'm a senior citizen and during my childhood my teeth were not given the proper care. That left me with the responsibility as an adult. So , I've been to countless dentists, and specialist to try to salvage my teeth. Dr Oberoi make me feel like a patient worthy of his attention. My dentures were made with such accuracy, uppers and lower fit like the were always my natural teeth. I'm so happy with my dentures and the service from Dr Oberoi office. I feel like family there. If there were more than 5 stars I would give them to that office.

Terrible customer service. I called on the 21st of September and booked an appointment on the 27th of October. They did not send me a confirmation for the appointment or anything. So, I called on the day of the appointment to make sure it's confirmed but the lady that talked to me on the phone told me that the appointment was on the 22nd of October and was very rude to me. I told her that it can't be possible because I made the appointment on the 27th, she said that she called and when I asked her what number she called, she gave me a number that isn't even close to mine. They are not organized and very unprofessional. I don't recommend them to anyone. They wasted my time and now I have to wait another month to get an appointment somewhere else. If the dentist wants to have a good reputation, he should hire a more professional and proficient staff.

My appointment today (rescheduled) due to antibiotic that I had no idea I was supposed to take prior to a dental cleaning. I was scheduled for 10.20 am and not called to be seen until I left at 11:40 am. This is unacceptable for me. My time is just as important as their time is. This is the only dental practice I have used in my 83 years where the dentist does the cleaning. He has a big staff but aside from preparing things for Dr. O and taking exrays not sure what they do. I will not be visiting this dentist again. Loretta Adam

I had not been to a dentist for awhile. Naturally, I was a little hesitant making an appointment, period. However, a cracked back molar forced my hand and I made an appointment with Dr. Oberoi. Was pleasantly surprised with how friendly and reassuring the front desk was and loved the professionalism. So far, I've been very pleased with the results and would highly recommend this practice!

The worst experience I have ever had at a dentist office. They only cared about selling the Invisalign product and not the exam and cleaning. I had to tell them three times I was not interested. A lousy cleaning, and to make it worst they tried to charge me more than what my insurance establish for the fluoride. I ended up leaving without getting it. Never going back.

Friendly staff and the Dentist was also great! Will definitely continue to bring my son to see Dr. Oberoi. My son had questions and the doctor made sure to answer all of them!
