Missed one appointment due to my kids having covid and I called to have a tooth pulled because my jaw is Swollen, rude lady on phone says I missed my appointment a month or so back that I was not allowed to return to their office. Unacceptable like wow

Wow what an awful experience with Breitfeller. STAY AWAY. Unprofessional, doesn't listen to PTs. And he was rude. He is the reason why people hate going to dentists.

I'll start of with saying Frank's work was always top notch. The office staff I can take them or leave them. The issue that happened today was the dental hygienist started off my appointment by complaining about protocols put into place due to covid. That turned into her telling me "I'm not afraid and you shouldn't be either." " The masks don't work." And her reasoning of having such insightful knowledge "I've been in the medical field for 20 years." She has been cleaning teeth for 20 years she is not a medical doctor or an epidemiologist. I have had friends and family die due to covid and her insensitivity towards the issue is unacceptable. Had this been a retail environment or anything other then a doctors office I would have blown it off but being in this type of environment you should not be pushing your unfounded opinions onto people and then to top it off by insulting me and talking down to me. Completely unacceptable behavior this woman should be fired over this.

The extraction was fine however due to being very sick I missed the next appointment ( for extraction and dentures) & didn't call to cancel. As soon as I was able to call I was told that because I missed my appointment and didn't call the Dr WOULDN'T see me. Fortunately (still being in need of the extraction) I found a dentist who cares more about the patient then appointments. I lived through being hospitalized out of town for a week and now my new ( and quite capable) dentist is getting my excellent insurance $

Very rude! Couldn't make an appointment and wanted to reschedule (First time missing an appointment) and the girl on the phone was rude. Said they'd remove me from the schedule, I asked to reschedule and she got smart saying people in pain could have been seen and they won't be rescheduled. No, you're out money. If it was about pain you would have seen my child for her tooth instead of just a cleaning. Just wanted to make multiple appointments to get that money. Go somewhere else unless you'll never miss an appointment. They will treat you real nice until you do..

Dr. Breitfeller is an amazing Dentist!! I recently switched my whole family to his office and it was the best decision by far! He definitely takes pride in his work and will make sure you leave with healthy teeth you can be proud of! His staff is also very friendly and make you feel welcome! I personally highly recommend him if you want someone who will make sure your teeth stay healthy for years to come!!!
