Dr. Amit Jethva was born in Chicago and moved to Houston when he was three years old. Dr. Jethva earned his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University in College Station and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2001. He moved to Pearland shortly after graduating dental school and opened Cosmetic and Family Dentistry in October of 2003.
Dr. Jethva believes in treating his patients with respect and listening to their dental needs before recommending any treatment. He is committed to providing state of the art dentistry without causing pain. He takes many advanced courses each year to enhance his skills to serve the dental care needs of his patients better and provide them with a gentle and comfortable dental experience.

My first time visiting and I had an amazing experience! I called the day before because i was experiencing major pain in my tooth and they were able to get me in today on such short notice! I have really anxiety about going to the dentist from past experiences but Dr. Jethva and his staff make you feel so at ease and so comfortable. They are all so calm, patient, and kind! I've made this my is new dentist, I'm so happy I found them!

Over the last 4 years I have received great customer service at Cosmetic & Family Dentistry making my drive well worth it. Everyone including Dr. Jethva are caring and attentive. Recently Mery, my hygienist, did a great job on my cleaning and I appreciate her suggestions. Highly recommend this dental office.

I had an urgent issue after having 2 teeth extracted, one was failed root canal from another dentist. I came in after getting several different opinions as to what best solution would be and I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with my results. I have been with these guys for years, me and my family. They are professional and friendly from start to finish. From the moment you want in the door you are warmly and properly greeted. You are in the chair within minutes of your scheduled appointment time and they start immediately. If you are like me and always a little apprehensive about the appointment ask for Janell (sp) she is awesome and will ease the tension.....while taking excellent care of you. Then Dr. Jethva comes in, warmly greets you, makes sure all is well and you are out of there. I would certainly recommend them
