I have been a patient at Forest Cosmetic and Family Dentistry, PLLC, twice a year, for nearly 20 years, so probably around 40 visits. I have had a wide variety of services: cleanings, cavities filled, crowns fitted -- and once they even helped me (in an emergency) reattach a loose implant (originally implanted defectively by an "implant specialist" in DC). This practice goes far beyond normal standards of patient care. During this time, I've been under the care of three different very skilled dentists (Drs. Vu, Cho, and Pham DDS) and all were exceedingly competent, friendly, and efficient. - I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for scheduled appointments. - They are very aware of client comfort; I am always told to let them know if there is any pain (there never is). First rate spotlessly clean facility, organized staff, and conveniently located. Never a problem with billing or overcharges. Dr. Pham DDS (and colleagues) are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. ***** FIVE STARS *****

I hate going to the dentist because they usually do not have good Novacaine, but this office uses a really good one. I couldn't feel when my tooth was being extracted.

Unprofessional receptionist. She talked to customer with an attitude. Customer have the right to call in and ask for the price when they shop around. Also, $600 for teeth cleaning is 3 times more than what I used to pay at this clinic.

I came here with an appointment to get my teeth cleaned with my daughter and they had me waiting in the operating chair for 30 whole minutes. I waited for another 5 minutes and I just left because no one served me. I would not recommend this Dentistry.

I don't have enough words to explain the excellent customer service of Dr. Pham and his staff. They made my mom feel like family especially with Dr Pham's hands-on patient care. Very professional and kind. I really appreciate everything you guys have done for my mom. Dr Pham took the time to explain my mom dental treatment plan. He offered my mom such a wonderful and reasonable payment plan. Dr Pham is very patient,compassionate, personable and attentive. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone.

They do not know how to do anything. My son went to get his cavity filled and after that he was in pain for about a month. A couple of months later I went and got some work done to my teeth and what they did was complete trash, I have a bridge that I needed to get fixed and when they "tried" to fix it, when I got home it fell off. I was very hesitant about the job and even asked one of their secretaries if they would be able to do it right and they said yes, this was the worst mistake. Please do not go there, I would not recommend it, I will be looking elsewhere for my future dentist appointment. I wish this had zero stars, that's how bad this place is. Do not trust them.

i like this place. i am from Tampa Florida. i am so amazed how the owner put into such a goos team from front staffs , dental assistant and dentists. Their fee is so considerate and you can say it is low price for this area. Good quality of work and nice cozy place to have your dental needed. love love this place and highly recommend everyone to try out Dave

This place is so horrible and unprofessional words cant describe it maybe if I could write a book about it then I could make it more clear for anyone even thinking about coming here. Dr.Pham seems like a decent person but his skill level is similar to a assistant Im not even sure how this place is open there should be an investigation into them. Please listen to this review and if you have options to go anywhere else just go please dont go through what I went through with this joke of a dentistry. If you see any 5 star reviews its fake probably made by the people that work there. If you have no choice but to go here I feel so sorry for you and wish you luck in the future. I looked on their wall and all I saw was certificates from NOVA on there, none of them actually went to a real shcool that's known for their dentist programs. This place should be closed asap, fda should look into it. They just take advantage of people that have no other options, disgusts me!

I enjoy visit and refer clients to Cosmetic & Family Dentistry, becuse they treat everyone with Love and Respect. They gave you special financial arrangements in case you can't affort to pay. One great experience: I used to work for Health Department, clients enjoy to come to Cosmetic & Family Dentistry, because they have some finantial needs, Cosmetic & Family Dentistry gave financial arrangements to our clients, they end very happy after there treatment. This is Dr. Nguyen from Texas. I was visiting relative in the area and was introduced to Cosmetic & Family Dentistry. I was very pleased and appreciative of the dental care I received. The waiting time was a little long but not longer than any other medical offices. The office is clean and organized, and the staff are very helpful, caring and professional. Highly reccomend!

This is the best dental office in the area.The staff is courteous, helpful and friendly. Great quality, price and care for teeth cleaning. Also shout out to Jocelyn for going out of her way to help me process my insurance because I didn't have my insurance card on me during my last visit. Would recommend anyone in NOVA to visit this office.
