Everyone at this office is professional. I had a bad experience at a dentist office when I first moved to Charlotte 20 years ago. Dr. Garden was recommended to me and it was the best recommendation I was given. I highly recommend .

STAY AWAY. The admin assistants are horrific. Sent my mom and I a bill from a cleaning I got ONE YEAR ago. Never saw it before and I had to tell them 5 x I had insurance at that time (even got my insurance to call them) and they still refused to cover it. Clearly they messed up and didnt enter it in correctly the first time and are trying to save themselves. Funny thing is we are more than capable to pay it but will not due to principle and how horrifically rude the staff has treated us. "See you in small claims court" because we will still not pay for YOUR screw ups. Oh and I have a LARGE network in Charlotte and will ensure to spread how horrible your firm is.

Always a great experience! I had an appointment for teeth cleaning and was seen on time and had a thorough check up after my cleaning. A1!

I have been a patient of Dr. James Garden for over 25 plus years and have never experienced anything but top notch service. From his staff to the cleanliness of the office to the absolute professionalism and amazing dentistry of Dr. Garden. I normally do not write reviews however, after reading a review by Janet T, posted 6 days ago, I was wondering if this is the same Janet that worked for Dr Garden for 18 years. Disgruntled ex employee?

Best Dentist ever! You never have to worry about the quality of his work. He has actually fixed all the work I have had done by every other dentist. The staff are just as wonderful! I love the hygienist Mrs Margaret. It is a comfortable and stress free atmosphere because of the staff. Dr. Garden and his assistant, Carol, work so smoothly together it just flies by. Dr. Garden and his staff care about their patients, wholly.

Dr. Garden and this practice helped me out of a big jam. They make their own crowns and even make crazy 3D images of your teeth so I didn't have to come back for a second visit.. didn't have to wait for a lab to make the crown. It was a great. Thanks, guys.

I researched so many dental offices under my insurance and landed on Dr. Garden's Office. Every single experience with this office was beyond my expectations.
