Dr. Lambert graduated from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry where he received the Outstanding Senior Student Award and the Quintessence Award. He is a Fellow in theAmerican College of Dentists, the International College of Dentists, the Pierre Fauchard Academy, the Academy for Sports Dentistry, theAmerican Society for Dental Aesthetics, and a Diplomat of the American Board of Aesthetic Dentistry. Dr. Lambert has been honored in the Top Dentists Hall of Fame by Minneaplois/St. Paul magazine and as a Top Dentist multiple times by the Minnesota Monthly magazine as well.

He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and several other dental organizations, and has held many leadership positions including Past President of the Minneapolis District Dental Society and six years as a Trustee to theMinnesota Dental Association. He has authored and co-authored several articles on cosmetic, restorative and sports dentistry, and has presented numerous lectures and hands-on seminars nationally and internationally for dental organizations, universities, and study clubs. Dr. Lambert has been recognized as one of the Top Dental Educators byDentistry Todayfor 15 consecutive years. He serves as an independent consultant and clinical researcher for many dental manufacturers, and as the team dentist for the Minnesota Lynx of the WNBA. In his spare time, he enjoys going to their cabin with his wife, Anna Mae, and their two children, Dr. Beth Sievers (now married and practicing dentistry in Milwaukee) and Greg Lambert (a buyer and living in the Twin Cities), as well as playing a little golf.

Dr. Sandy Houck began her career in dentistry as a dental assistant. After ten years as an assistant, she decided to return to school to earn her dental degree at the University of Minnesota. She graduated in 1993 with her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) receiving the AB Hall Prosthodontic Award, the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology Award, as well as being named to the American Association of Women Dentists. Shortly after, she joined the dental team of Drs. Belvedere and Lambert. This enabled her to pursue and enhance her interest in cosmetic dentistry. In2011 was inducted as a member of the American Society for Dental Aesthetics. She is actively involved in theMinneapolis District Dental Society, Mission of Mercy Dental Foundation and the Give Kids a Smile program. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Houck spends her time with her family,gardening, the outdoors and traveling. She is also involved in volunteering for theMuscular Dystrophy Association.

Dr. Seubert is a native of Appleton, Wisconsin. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University Of Minnesota School Of Dentistry; there he met his wife, Jessica (Omlie) Seubert. Dr. Seubert received his Advanced Education in General Dentistry certificate from Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center in Great Lakes, Illinois (the US Navys Recruit Training Command). It was there that his passion grew for comprehensive and cosmetic dentistry. Most recently, he has been the Dental Department Head at the Navy Medical Readiness & Training Unit in Albany, Georgia.

Dr. Seubert is committed to life-long dental education in the most updated technologies and standards of care. He also enjoys volunteering for the Give Kids a Smile and Mission of Mercy events. He is an active member and participant of: American Dental Association, Minnesota Dental Association,Minneapolis District Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, Spear Institute online and workshops.

This year, Doctors Chase and Jessica welcomed their first child, Mark Jeffry, named after their fathers Mark Omlie and Jeffry Seubert. Dr. Seubert enjoys spending his free time with his wife and son, watching movies, cooking, and spending time at the lake with friends and family.

Doris is aDental Hygienist and our insurance coordinator. She graduated from the University of MinnesotaDental Hygiene program in 1979. She has been working with our office since 1981. She is married with twochildren. Out of the office, Doris enjoys reading, watching figure skating, traveling, and spending time with her family and grandsons.

Lori has worked in our office for the past 15years and is likely the first person you will connectwith when you call the office. Lori is a Licensed Dental Assistant. She is married and lives in SW Minneapolis. In her spare time, Lori enjoys cooking, gardeningand home improvement projects.

Angiegraduated from the University of MN in 2006 with a bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene. She joinedCosmetic, Family and Sports Dentistry team shortly after in 2007. Shelives in the Maple Grove area with her husband and threechildren. She enjoys playing softball, golfing, bowling and traveling.

Katie K has been a member of our team since 1996. First as aDental Assistantand now as a Dental Hygienist after earning her degree at Normandale Community College. She lives in the north-west metro with her husband and twochildren. Outside the office, you will find Katie at the baseball field watching her son or at the tennis courts watching her daughter.

Sally has been working in the dental field since 1991. She started as a Dental Assistant and is now a Dental Hygienist. She has been with our team since 2004. Sally is originally from Duluth and now lives in Shakopee with her husband, Scott, and her daughter, Morgan. She enjoys being with her family, playing volleyball, golfing, softball and swimming.

Mary has been working with our team since 1993. She is a Licensed Dental Assistant and is certified in restorative functions. Outside of the office, Mary enjoys camping, gardening, and spending time with her husband and her two sons.

Cora joined Cosmetic, Family and Sports Dentistry in 2014. She graduated from Hennepin Technical College in 2014 as a Licensed Dental Assistant. Cora enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them to overcome their dental fears. Outside of work, Cora enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially when they can be at the cabin.

Ashley graduated from HerzingCollege as a Licensed Dental Assistant in 2004. She has been with our team for over 6 years. She has completed her certification as a restorable function dental assistant.Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, nieces and nephews and friends.
