The service I received at cosmetic dental was great. The appointment date I first received was a little lengthy but due to a cancellation I had a chance to move my appointment date up early. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The dentist assistant make sure I felt comfortable and attended to my every need. The dentist Dr B was awesome. She took the time to explain every procedure to me and let me know my opinion matter. During the procedures she was very gentle but work pretty fast and the whole time my comfort was a number one priority. I most definitely recommend cosmetic dental and I will be returning for my dental needs

I've been coming here since I was a little girl with no problems, but since the last few years the service has been very disappointing. It's too many excuses, they don't see you til an hour after your appointment time so you might be here for almost two hours, and their customer service is consistently going down. I wouldn't recommend it to nobody anymore if this is how a 10+ years customer is being treated!

I chose this dentistry because it was very close to my apartments (I'll never do that again, I'd better drive for hours, but save my teeth) . I wish I've never gone there. They destroyed my healthy tooth!!!!!!! I came there for a simple crown, 7 visits and 5 different crowns later (I was very patient), they still couldn't make it work. During my last visit and another crown that was too big again, they shaved my healthy tooth to fit it in. I left without a crown and a totally destroyed tooth that had no issues prior to that visit. My new dentist put a crown with no issues in just 2 weeks, but the tooth that Dr. Wade shaved still bothers me, I tried a few treatments, but unfortunately I will need another crown. It's really frustrating how you come to some places to fix stuff, but they create more problems. I think it would be fair to make them pay for a treatment and a new crown, only because it was an absolutely healthy tooth, but I really doubt they would even consider something like that without a lawsuit, it took almost 4 months and multiple phone calls to get a refund for an original crown that they never put.
