I have been deeply, deeply fearful of the dentist for many years. Everyone at the office took all my concerns into wonderful consideration and they made me feel so much more comfortable and safe than I ever have previously. I would recommend this office to anyone but specifically to anyone who has dental anxiety like myself, so much of my fear was eased right away.

Okay... I normally don't write reviews unless the experience is either too good, or too bad. If I want to sum up my overall experience about this dental office, I will say, this place is a collection of bunches of professional and wonderful people (from their helpful/friendly/polite front desk staff to the hygienist and dentists). I don't know who's doing the recruiting here, but what's obvious is that they are so good at attracting and retaining good people. I've been going to Cosmetic Dental of Westwood since 2020 and my treating doctor is Dr. Elnaz Hendifar (A wonderful and beautiful human being). I found this wonderful dental office a couple of months after my move to LA. For those who has the experience of moving (from one city to another) should know how challenging can be finding the right service provider in the new city. I am so happy and glad that found this dental office for my dental work. Here is couple of things that I would like to highlight about my personal experience: 1) Office culture and friendly environment (they truly care about their patients and treat you like family) 2) Cleanness (Their office and equipment are super neat and clean) 3) Time management (you will be seated at your scheduled time and you will be out right on-time) 4) Treatment planning & costs (Your dental insurance will be checked prior to your appointment, and they will tell you exactly how much you can expect to be charged (on you insurance and your out of pocket) based on the doctor's diagnosis and TX recommendation. They have a very organized and straight forward treatment planning from the first step to the end. Unlike some other dental practices, they don't treat their patients like a $ sign here. You will be treated here for a treatment that you truly need). Cosmetic Dental of Westwood, you are awesome. Keep up the great work.

Dr. Sandra Shakib and her entire staff are wonderful! So friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean, lots of air purifiers, up-to-date technology, and able to fix my former orthodontic issues as well. Super impressed by that. Edit: came back again for my bi anual check up, and of course I'm always satisfied after my visit :)

I've had to have a nightmarish amount of dental work this year, but the folks at Cosmetic Dental are professional, kind, and super knowledgeable -- and they seem to take a lot of insurance plans too! Highly recommend.

Cosmetic Dental of Westwood is an excellent practice. For my first visit everyone was friendly, the offices were clean, and Dr. Shakibkhoo took care to explain her process and answer my questions. Finding a good dentist can take work and I'm grateful to have found an excellent dentist in the neighborhood.

The team and Dr. Elnaz carry their practice with professionalism, and genuine care for their patients. My first visit at Cosmetic Dental was a pleasant one. Their environment is very nice, sunny and clean coupled with great welcoming energy from their friendly staff which helped me feel more relaxed. The exam and x-rays portion was very quick and smooth with results and diagnosis in minutes. The main dentist did a quick check of my mouth and teeth and let me know she is always available if I ever need her. I liked her knowledge and demeanor as well as her warmth and sincerity. The deep clean (my first) wasn't nearly as bad as expected. The woman who did the cleaning was so understanding and careful, yet very thorough and she did an amazing job. Also, when the novocaine wore off I didn't experience any pain so I can definitely recommend their deep cleanings here. All in all, I am happy to have found them and fully appreciate how expert they are at handling anxious, nervous patients like myself. Lastly, I did a lot of research on pricing of exams, regular cleaning and deep cleaning and can confirm their prices are fair. I definitely recommend Cosmetic Dental.

Dr Shakibkhoo is super nice and cares about your teeth. I've called her twice with emergencies and she always makes time to see me. Everyone I've spoken to in that office has been very nice and helpful. They also crack me up! I look forward to my visits.

The staff are caring and will do everything they can to make you comfortable during procedures. They are on time, great with providing cost information, and won't push unnecessary procedures. So glad to have found them.

I took my mom to the office for ct scan and consultation and the office was so clean and modern, there was no waiting time. Jasmin is very nice and professional. Gigi and Wendy are the most comforting assistants. Dr. Shakib is the most honest and knowledgeable person, she answers all our questions in detail, she is so patient and the smile is on her face all the time. This doctor deals with her patients with great care as if they are a family members. I strongly recommend this office to all my friends and family.
