The initial part of the experience was taking X-Rays of the teeth. I found the inserted sensor equipment to be of poor design. The sensor holding and the X-Ray pointing device was heavy and the portion holding the sensor to be larger than the sensor was of poor design. I could do better in my sleep. I have a better idea as how to do it, if you are interested. The reason for the above comments, is that the experience was uncomfortable many times and the technician and I became frustrated. After that: Everything was just fine, perfect! It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Finkler and the rest of the staff. I look forward to continuing my dental work with CDC. It was only a 4 Star because of the X-Ray experience

I have been going to this practice for about five years. The offices are very clean and the staff is always friendly. They make sure to keep me organized and on time with my dental cleanings as well as all other procedures. I love that they have the text message reminders to make sure I don't forget about upcoming appointments. Highly recommend this practice.

I needed my crown to glue down. I visited them. I asked for the total price. They told me it is 154$, then when I sit on the chair asked xray, the price has been increased 40$ more. She told me it is a MUST then I refused to continue. Then she waived the this fee. She glued down the crown. In front desk, they told me I need to pay 125$ exemination fee too. Total 279$. I asked then if you informed me about this price. They told they do not need. I asked if my signed documents include this information, they said "NO" . This people do not deserve to be a dentist. They are doing business there. Be careful if you do not have insurance, because they know how to charge insurance companies, they are doing it for you too.

I am an existing patient and I had an appt this am. I had new insurance, which I told the woman at the front desk about. As part of her looking up my new insurance, she said she needed to do so using my SSN. SHE THEN PROCEEDS TO READ MY PII (SSN) OUT LOUD IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. I think I'm done here and I've been seeing my dentist for 20+ years. It's been nothing but issues since he joined this practice. Additionally, the hygienist who took my x-rays was very rough and she even knocked the arm of the machine into my mouth while I had the bite things in my mouth. It hurt like hell.

Warm welcome. I was a new patient. Emily was great at making uncomfortable x-rays tolerable. Couldn't have been nicer. Dr. Finkler was also pleasant and welcoming. Did an exam and outlined what she feels needs to be done and in what order Very pleased.
