At Cosmetic Dental Care of Santa Monica, we are committed to ensuring your oral health is in excellent condition. We make this possible by attending to all dental issues, existing and potential, during your visit.
Dr. Omid R. Kashani is a proud graduate of USC School of Dentistry Class of 2000. He then continued with a year of residency in general practice at Kino Community Hospital in Tucson, Arizona. He has been in private practice since 2003 in Monrovia and since 2013 in Santa Monica. He continues to expand his knowledge in the field of dentistry, specifically implant dentistry, advanced cosmetic dentistry, Clear Aligner Therapy (i.e. Invisalign) and conservative restorative and reconstructive dentistry. He is happily married to his wife Sara. They have 3 children; a set of boy/girl twins and a younger daughter. Dr. Kashani enjoys traveling with his family. Dr. Kashani is an avid runner. He has completed 8 Los Angeles Marathons and counting.

If I could give Dr Kashani and his staff ten stars I would! He is absolutely the finest, most professional, personable, competent dentist I have ever been to and I'm so thankful that I found him. He not only rescued me from many years of neglecting my teeth, but he actually inspires me to stay very diligent in taking care of them now. I have 1,000% confidence in him. Also, Candace does the most superb cleaning job of anyone I have ever known. They are extremely aware of patient comfort and do everything possible to make your visit pleasant.

So thankful I came across this dentist and that I can stop looking!! Used to go to dentists who have no empathy (plus their word was just average). Dr. Kashani is not only incredibly talented (I know first hand from work he's done on me), but I actually *enjoy* my visits because him and his team are so personable, fun & just overall great to be around. Have recommended him to all my friends, family and coworkers. Highly recommend him if you are looking for a great, reliable dentist for your occasional check-ins, or any major reconstructive work. A+++ in my book!

Dr. Kashani's office is one of the best and cleanest dental offices I've been too. He's very honest and has great bed side manner. With his calmness and patience I no longer have anxiety going to my dental appointments. He's got an amazing team and staff that make your experience so much more pleasurable. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Kashani for 8 years now. Even though we live in Orange County, it's worth the drive to Santa Monica. He's a true expert, cares about his patients, treats them like family. He always answers my questions by email, which was really reassuring when I had an infection. He's always cheerful and helps his patients to feel relaxed. The Invisalign treatment went very well and my teeth look and feel great! I'm just completing an implant, and the whole procedure has been smooth and stress free. He's a dentist you can count and the office staff are really friendly too! And last but not least he's got a great smile : )!!!!!

Great dentist. Calm and capable and up-to-date on the latest procedures. Going to the dentist isn't exactly a "pleasure" but Dr. Kashani makes it reasonably painless and quick - with great quality.

Dr. Kashani and his staff were very friendly as well as professional!! I was very impressed with how clean the office was and how punctual they were with my appointment. They made sure that I was comfortable because I have very sensitive gums. They made my visit even enjoyable! I will definitely be back to Dr. Kashani and have recommended him to my friends and family as well. I feel like I just found a hidden gem!!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Kashani. He did a porcelain onlay for me and a few fillings. I'm an anxious patient and he was an extremely Friendly dentist with great chair side manners. All his office staff were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend and will be returning!
