Dr Naik was fantastic and so was the hygienist and I had an wonderful experience during my visit and a proper treatment plan was laid out by the doctor. Now, I have to go to India and wanted the copies of the X-ray reports that were done in case I have a dental issue during my holidays and need a quick reference of the dental reports.The front office is not giving me the reports and asking me for a fee of 75$ for the X-rays and imaging that my insurance has already paid for on my behalf. The front office was super arrogant and even claimed I did not pay for it whereas the entire fees came from my dental insurance which I pay premiums for . The arrogance of the office administrator was outrageous and simply she is painting a dark spot on the beautiful medical environment that has been created by the Dr Naik and his wonderful medical team . I was really excited about finding a great doctor and looking forward to going ahead with the treatment plan. It is super disappointing that office administrator has ruined the experience as she has disgraced the nobility of medical ethics and the institution by trying to make an extra 75$. Disgraceful and Petty Business tricks shrouds the great practise that DrNaik I am sure has worked decades to build. I hope DrNaik reads this message and reaches out as I still feel that I want to go ahead with the treatment plan under his medical supervision.

Dr Naik and team are the best! I'm always greeted by friendly faces and caring staff. Beverly did an excellent job on my teeth cleaning today and my restoration is in great condition. I couldn't be more pleased with my smile and receive so many compliments on my teeth. THANK YOU Dr Naik. It makes all the difference in the world!

Absolutely awesome and caring staff, they are very thorough in explaining procedures and answering any questions you may have. Dr. Naik was awesome ! He has the best technology and got me through my appointment of 3 crowns with no pain whatsoever ! I was very nervous about my appointment but after my appointment Left comfortable and feeling good ! he did a great job! Office was really nice, and I was in and out in little to no time! Finding a dentist who cares about every detail is hard - Dr Naik is the best dentist in DFW - I Will definitely recommend him to family and friends!

The office is clean and they send you regular reminders; which is very beneficial to someone like me. The Dentist is also very friendly and obviously good at his job; and so are the hygienists and other members of staff. 5 stars; would recommend.

Dr. Naik and his team have been taking care of me for almost 10 years now and I highly recommend checking his office out if you're in need of a new dentist you can trust. I always look forward to seeing the friendly staff when I go in for my bi-annual cleaning. His attention to detail can be seen throughout his practice and in his work!

I've never had a bad experience at this dental practice regardless of the service or work being done. From Dr. Naik to his entire staff, they are professional, caring, and thorough. Just went for a cleaning and was thoroughly pleased with everything. GrwT new hygenist! Thanks, y'all!

Many months later and I am still traumatized from my experience. I can't put into words how heartbroken I am with my results. I never want to leave a bad review but I finally have the courage to do so now. Please please do your research. Ask questions and never ever be rushed into making a decision. I now can't afford to fix something that makes me cry every time I look in the mirror. Also don't be afraid to speak out because of fear of retaliation or rebuttal.

I have been a patient of Dr. Naik's for 15 years. Before I became his patient I had so many bad experiences at other dentists. He has guided me through infections, root canals, the decision to replace metal crowns, and the need for a bridge. I can't say enough how patient he is and how he continually checks in during the procedures to make sure I'm okay, my pain or discomfort is absolutely minimal, and that I know where he is in the process. His staff is friendly and helpful. If you are an anxious dental patient Dr. Naik is your guy. He's single handedly changed my whole outlook on dental work.

Came to Dr. Naik when another dentist was giving me a treatment plan that didn't make sense. He reviewed it and put something that was far more sensible and not over drilling for no reason. To put into perspective we went from having to do 6 root canals (and I don't eat sweets) to just 2. The rest were all just fillings. Been super happy.
