Some of the favorable reviews are from relatives. This is THE worst practice (and I do mean PRACTICE) that I have ever seen. Equipment doesn't work, very poor communication from staff (no call-backs, unknown schedule changes), Dentist delegates check-ups to assistants ... she doesn't perform them herself. Beware - THIS OFFICE CHARGED ME FOR THINGS THAT WERE NOT PERFORMED.

This was the worst dental experience I have ever had . Grant it the staff was polite and nice I will not take that from them but the structure from intake to actually getting in the chair was horrible. I went for a cleaning. Walked in and it was a ghost town. There was no one there to great me . Once greeted I complete all the new patient paper work. Then a lady proceeded to verify my insurance. Well I knew that had already been done . When another lady came out to check me in you could tell there was some confusing about my insurance verification and the other young lady stated she had already done that . The lady verifying insurance stated " oh I didn't know that because you didn't update the system " LACK OF COMMUNICATION.... I finally went back and got a few x-rays done once those x-rays were done they took me to another room to sit and wait for additional x-rays the power went out twice it took a long time for the system to come back up once it came back up they did everything manually I got into the chair to get a cleaning and hygienist started cleaning my teeth in the middle of her cleaning my teeth I was pulled away to go back into another x-ray room to get the x-rays done because the system finally came up my time was wasted and although they seem professional it also seemed they they did not know what they were doing. After they completed the last round of x-ray successfully they proceed to tell me what they saw which in my experience is what they do in the beginning after the dentist went through what she saw they dismiss me and told me to have a good afternoon I did not reschedule, and I won't .'!!!!

I have been very happy with my dental services with this office for over 10 years. My services here are always a 10/10!! Dr. Wiggins is always so nice and thorough. I highly recommend! You won't be disappointed! : )

The staff was nice and the whole experience of having teeth pulled was great I felt safe thanks to the entire staff I will seen you all real soon keep up the great work

I have been very happy with my dental services with this office for over 10 years. My services here are always a 10/10!! Dr. Wiggins is always so nice and thorough. I highly recommend! You won't be disappointed! : )

I'll never go here or waste my money on such bad reviews. Thanks for the heads up. If you look below one of her family members praises her work..smh I don't go by that cause family lie for each other.

I wish I could give zero stars. It only took two visits here for me to drop them and find a new dentist. They don't "polish" your teeth, she sprays them with what feels like water that has shards of ice and glass in it. The last visit I had, I was told I needed two teeth capped and 3 fillings. She also replaced a filling because it "looked bad". I told her I would get back to her. Yesterday, I went to a new dentist. This woman told me I had the PERFECT teeth and gums. And that she had no idea what Dr. Wiggins claimed to have seen. Don't waist your time, or money, coming here.

This office should be closed down. I went to this doctor for issues with my teeth, and I left feeling worse a year later. Her husband who also works in the office was in prison for Medicaid fraud, however I didn't find this out until after my treatment. They overcharge for services you don't need. They charge $75 for a copy of medical records. REPORT THEM TO THE ADA!!

I used this dentist, Dr. Deanthia Childs-Wiggins of Family First, for a root canal in Nov. 2016 for tooth #19 (back molar). The service was not good. Specifically, it was painful, got wet all up, and it took 4 to 5 hours even though I had an appointment. To add insult to injury, I had to go to another dentist/endodontist, Dr. Norrington who is my wife's dentist, to have the root canal redone because Dr. Childs-Wiggins didn't get all the root cleaned out and it became infected. I looked like Popeye with the infection in my jawline. Dr. Norrington did the root canal surgery in 1.5 hrs with no pain and not getting me all wet. He showed me the before and after pictures where you could see were part of the roots were originally missed. In closing, our family will be using one dentist now on. Hopefully this review will help you make an informed decision and save money in the long run. Be blessed.

I was nervous because if the reviews but I must say they did a wonderful job. It felt more like visiting family than the dentist. My kids love the them it was a wonderful experience I will be a long time patient!
