Dr. Nguyen has completed intensive training in both the surgical and restorative processes of implant dentistry through Nobel Biocare, an industry leader in implant technology and materials. He has also undergone training at USC in a number of orthognathic surgeries that can make the implant procedure more successful, including advanced bone grafting, ridge augmentation, and sinus elevation.
Dr. Nguyen went into dentistry because he wanted to be in a profession where he could be of service to others, take pride in his work, and feel personal satisfaction and fulfillment. Hes always been a people person, and dentistry has given him a chance to get to know people and build wonderful relationships.
Dr. Nguyen truly believes that great oral health is not a privilege; its a basic need. His goal as a dentist is to provide all of his patients with friendly service, personalized care, and high-quality dental treatment made affordable.
Dr. Nguyen graduated from UC-Irvine, then went on to complete his DDS degree at the Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry. He is a certified Invisalign provider and has completed extensive training in implant dentistry with Nobel Biocare.
Dr. Nguyen has always enjoyed jobs that allow him to interact with people in a meaningful way. Dentistry has given him the opportunity to provide a service to individuals on a personal level, and to also give back to his community on a broader scale. He genuinely loves what he does.
For Dr. Nguyen, patient care comes first and foremost. He provides each patient with personalized treatment suited to their unique needs, because great dentistry is about more than just teethits about his patients overall health and well-being.
Dr. Calvin Dang grew up in Southern California but moved to the Bay Area to attend the UC San Francisco School of Dentistry. Following his dental training, he completed a rigorous 3-year postgraduate residency program in periodontics at UCSF, where he served as Chief Resident. During this specialty training Dr. Dang also received his Master of Science (MS) degree.
Dr. Dang is actively involved in many professional organizations, including the American Academy of Periodontology, the American Dental Association, and the Orange County Dental Society. Dr. Dang keeps up-to-date on many continuing educational classes to ensure that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care possible.
Dr. Dang's skills cover a wide range of periodontal issues: advanced (deep) cleanings and surgeries to correct gum disease, tissue grafts for recession, implants to replace missing teeth, extractions, bone grafts, soft tissue regeneration, and many other specialty treatments that only a well-trained periodontist can provide.
Dr. Connie Nguyen earned her bachelors degree at UC Irvine, then went on to complete her DDS degree at the University of California San Francisco and her postgraduate periodontic residency at Virginia Commonwealth University. She served as Chief Resident during her residency, which taught her leadership and management skills that continue to make her a valuable member of the Cosmetic and Dental Implant Center team.
Dr. Nguyen is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and an active member of the American Academy of Periodontoloy, the San Diego County Dental Society, the California Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology.

I like coming here and I am very happy with the services. They have updated equipment specially the crown scanner. the office is very clean Dr Tuan, Martha , Sandra and Lupe are always friendly and always offering water. They all are very detailed with the treatment that I received live them I highly recommended this place.

Went in today not knowing anything and the customer service was amazing they helped me set everything up gave me water and if I had any questions they happily helped me. The doctor and staff 10/10.

I would give more stars if I could. Amazing!!!! My son is usually really nervous about going to a dentist but here he is not. Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. They made my son so comfortable. He needed two fills and appts were going to be scheduled on different days so he was not overwhelmed, but when he went in and got the first one done, he wanted to go right in and get both done. I'm amazed to see him so comfortable and at ease here. So happy we found this location.

When I come to the office Martha,Lupe,Sandra,Quiana, and Dr Kang are extremely friendly and helpful. Always offered the free water!!!! Wonderful experience will always come back.

I have to give this office a 5. Due to my job being on call 24/7 I finally had a day off and Martha was kind enough to schedule me an appointment last minute. Got my X-ray, cleaning and took care of a filling. Thank you Dr. Kang for taking the time to answer all my questions and providing great service. Thank you Sandra for taking the time with my x-rays and cleaning, and thank you Martha for making my appointment last minute and squeezing me in. I will be coming back and bring the family.

I was referred to this office by a family member. Let me tell everyone here is friendly from the time I picked up the phone to the time I walked out. Martha was very accommodating in setting up my appointment. Sandra was really helpful with my X-rays. And Dr. Kang help me out with explaining all my findings. I really loved how Dr. Kang worked on my fillings. No pain or discomfort to where I was falling asleep. I really love this office. Clean bathroom and working space. I will continue to keep my appointments with them.

10/14/2021 I'm so impressed with the service, professionalism, and the caring personnel. I was highly recommended to them. Every single person was amazing, caring and helpful. Martha, made me feel so comfortable and explained everything and truly made me feel that they were there to make me comfortable and that my needs were met. I always stress when I have dental work because of anesthetic issues (wears out too soon). Dr Kang and Sandra made sure I was ok the whole time, taking their time and giving me breaks. Truly amazing! Did not feel a thing. I highly recommend CDIC.. Useful Funny Cool

I love this dentist! I used to have a fear of going to see the dentist because they would always off the bat want to do crazy amount of work and charge an arm and a leg. Here I feel as from day 1 she was very clear about was was critical and urgent to do right away, such as a cavities and then separately suggested a guard for my teeth grinding, etc. The staff here is amazing! They follow up to see how you're doing post appointment/treatment. They now know me and my son by name. They're all friendly and kind.
