I've been a patient of Dr Cosgrove since 2000 and have never had any problems or complications. He's friendly, very dedicated and about 12 years ago, he saved my gums and they have been healthy ever since. I moved to Miami 5 years ago but I visit Birmingham twice a year and when I do, I see Dr. Cosgrove for my cleanings and and other problems that might arrive. His new office on Dolly Ridge RD is really nice too! If you're looking for a great dentist, then Dr. Thomas Cosgrove is your dentist! He's worth the drive from Miami to see!

If your looking for a new dentist, look no further. I have been going to Dr Cosgrove for around 30 years and have referred many co-workers and friends, always followed up by a thank you for telling me about him, he is fantastic. Aside from being professional and caring, he gives the best shots EVER! Ten years ago I moved to California and have been unhappy with my dental experiences there, as no other dentist compares and my anxiety having to go elsewhere is so overwhelming. Thankfully around a year ago we bought a home here and now travel back and forth. I was so very happy to be able to see Dr Cosgrove again while I am in town. I have never had a bad experience and trust him completely. If going to the dentist causes you to have anxiety then he is the dentist for you. He has saved me from pain so many times and did I mention he is a shot wizard. .

I've been going to Dr. Cosgrove and his office for years and have had amazing experiences every time! When Dr. Cosgrove learned I wanted to become a dentist, he allowed me to shadow and assist him for a couple years. I learned so much from him during those years and continue to learn from him as I navigate dental school! I'm away from home for dental school and I still schedule my appointments with Dr. Cosgrove to coincide for when I'm home on breaks!

Usually dental office visits can be a little overwhelming, but this office made me feel so comfortable. As a dental assistant.. I still get dental anxiety but the Front desk was so sweet, my hygienist( melody rocked!) and doc made my appt so smooth. Got all my questions answered! Shoutout to everyone for being awesome <3

I've lived in 6 different cities and 4 different states, and this is probably the best dentist I have ever been to. Extremely talented, knowledgeable and so nice! At times, medical professionals can come off a bit stuffy and sometimes condescending, but Cosgrove is the complete opposite. His personality is one of the reasons I will always be a patient. My husband raves about him as well! Awesome practice! Thank you so much for always helping in a time of need.

I was given a last-minute dental check list from my base 1 day before I deployed to Afghanistan. I had trained for six months for this deployment, only to be denied by this dentist's dental staff. They said I hadn't been there in 3 years and I couldn't just walk in and get my teeth inspected. I felt humiliated. I had to go across the road and ask another dentist to look at my teeth and sign a paper I had. It took the dentist across the street 30 minutes to complete my exam and paperwork. I will never forget how Cosgrove's staff treated me right before the most important deployment of my life.
