Cory Williams, DDS, PLLC Dr. Cory Williams started his tenure in dental care by graduating from Durham Technical Community Colleges School of Dental Laboratory Technology in 1989. He gained a hands-on knowledge of the dental industry by working in a specialized crown and bridge laboratory for 8 years prior to graduating from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 1996 with a bachelors degree in biology. He went on to achieve his DDS degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hills School of Dentistry in 2000. After graduating, he practiced in Kinston, NC, for three years, where he practiced general dentistry, including root canals, surgery, implants, restoratives, and especially cosmeticdentistservices. He has been awarded the Dental Anatomy Award, the Distinguished Senior Award for Excellence in Prosthodontics from the Southeastern Academy of Prosthodontics, and an award from the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry.
My past education and experience in dental laboratory technology allow me to deliver the best in restorative and cosmetic dentistry from design to fit, function, and aesthetics. I moved to Wilmington in August 2003 and purchased a well-respected dental practice of 25 years. With the purchase, we have integrated the best and latest technology the dental industry has to offer to ensure the best dental care possible for the patients of this practice.
We are a young and progressive practice. We are continuing to grow and accept new patients every day. We are excited about offering patients and the world of dentistry a truly well-rounded, caring, knowledgeable, and client-sensitive dental practice. And most importantly, we look forward to serving the residents of New Hanover and surrounding counties for many years to come.
Eryn: Eryn was raised in Chapel Hill, NC and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2000 with a degree in Communication Studies. After going back to school, she graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Dental Hygiene degree and began working for Dr. Williams in 2008. Eryn loves being around people, laughing with patients in the office and helping to educate them however she can. Outside of work she loves to play any kind of sport, paddleboard, cook, and listen to live music with friends.
Gerald: Gerald was born in Washington D.C. He moved to Wilmington, NC in 1996. After high school he joined the US Army Dental Corp, where he served as a Medical Radiation Safety Officer. After six years of service he chose to continue his career in the dental field. He attended Cape Fear Community College and Miller Motte to obtain his Medical Assisting and Surgical Technician degrees. Away from work, Gerald cherishes his time with his beautiful children.
Susan: Born and raised here in Wilmington, NC, Susan has been in the dental field for the past 15+ years. She recently tied the knot and has one son, Zachory. She enjoys spending time gardening and playing with her golden-doodle, Charlie. She looks forward to getting to know all of our great patients here at Dr.Williams practice.
Tiffany: Tiffany is originally from Cary, NC where she worked as a dental assistant before returning home to raise her family. She moved to Wilmington in 1999 and when her three children were much older, persued a Dental Hygiene degree at Cape Fear Community Colege. She enjoys living near the beach and spends as much time on the sand and in the water as possible. She also enjoys spending time with her grown children and her spoiled rotten pug, Zoe. What she loves most about being a hygienist is working with patients to educate them about oral health and helping them feel comfortable while getting their teeth cleaned. Most importantly, she loves to help patients feel good about themselves and their smile.
Nataliya: In 1996 Nataliya graduated from the University of Ukraine with a Masters Degree in Econiomics. After moving to the United States 11 years ago, she wanted to change her career to help people understand the importance of dental hygiene and the effects to their health. She graduated from Cape Fear Community College in 2010 and has worked since then in general and pediatric dentistry. Nataliya has continued to volunteer her time at the New Hope Clinic in Boiling Springs Lake and enjoys skiing, cooking, and reading.

Do you have a minute? Go get a cup of tea or coffee and come sit with me for a spell. Let me start by telling you the office of Cory Williams looks more like a home. The minute you walk in that door you are greeted and treated like family with tender love and care. Eryn and Megan at the front desk are so attentive to your wants and or needs. They far exceeded my expectations as far as customer service goes. All the staff is so kind and friendly and it's genuine. Dr. Cory made me feel very comfortable. And explained everything in detail before and after whatever I was having done. He's a very kind man who cares for his patients and it shows. Bo, the office supervisor is always on the job waking the halls making sure everyone is on task. And Little Max, well he pretty much does what any other Manager does. He sits around looking cute taking naps and stuff. If your looking for the BEST, you'll find it here. Stop in and say Hello. Oh and ask them about there job security. GREAT PLACE, AMAZING PEOPLE who can ask for anything more.

Wow... Shannon has been my dental hygienist now for nearly 10 years and I refuse really see anyone else even with my job that requires a lot of travel. Dr Williams has been my dentist now for almost 6 years or better and the experience has always been top notch, it's like a 5 star restaurant. Most ppl have had a bad experience at other offices and that experience stops them from doing something that should be a normal routine, but with Dr. Williams you can be rest assured you'll be getting the utmost professional service that makes everything in the chair much easier. Ms. Shannon Jackson is by far one of the greatest hygienist. She has a big welcoming smile that just puts you at ease b/c she's friendly, kind, caring, and compassionate she's gonna treat you and make you feel like family that's why I'm enjoy being in her chair anytime I have a cleaning coming up because it's just so relaxing. For anyone that's needing a dentist or just wants a new experience I highly recommend Cory Williams and his wonderful team.

I've been going to Dr Williams for the last few years due to some complications with my teeth. He is professional, understanding, knowledgeable, and willing to listen. Shannon Jackson's is my dental hygienist.I find her positive, efficient, thorough and invested in her patients. I highly recommend this office.

Y'all, I just can't say enough good things about Dr. Williams and his staff. They always go over and above when it comes to their patients. I have always felt comfortable at my appointments and enjoy coming to see them....not many people can say that about coming to the dentist!

I have to say, first of all, that I always look forward to and actually enjoy going to my dentist office. Dr. Williams and his staff are so friendly and pleasant that it's always such a pleasure to go in for my dental appointments. And, this last visit was no exception. In my 9 years or so of going there, I never had the pleasure of having Shannon clean my teeth for me. And, I was not disappointed in the excellent and very professional job she did on giving me, My New Smile. And, for anyone reading this, I would highly recommend Dr. Cory Williams DDS for Your New Dentist. Thanks Shannon... Now, "I'm ready for My Closeup".

Dr. Williams has been my dentist for over 10 years. He is also my husband and my daughter's dentist. We feel welcomed from the time we enter his office until the time we leave. I love his staff!! They make my entire family feel at ease and welcome. Eryn is the absolute best!! Megan is my hygienist and she is awesome!! I highly recommend Dr. Williams!!!

Dr. Williams and everyone on staff are on point! Excellent experience each and every time (that says a lot because it is the dentist). Eryn at the front desk (who has my EOM vote) always goes above and beyond. Everyone in there is great, though, and Dr. Williams is the best dentist I've ever had / and his crowns are fit for !
