Dr. Evans graduated from Brigham Young University (1985) and then Washington University School of Dental Medicine in 1989 and completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Utah Dental School the following year. His education also includes: Exchange Student at Victoria University in Manchester, England and Omicron Kappa Upsilon, a National Honor Dental Society for students graduating in the top five per cent of dental class.

Dr. Evans is a member of the ADA (American Dental Association), the UDA (Utah Dental Association), AGD (Academy of General Dentistry) and has served as a board member and past president of the SLDDS (Salt Lake District Dental Society). Dr. Evans was a member of the Medical/Dental Staff for Team USA in the 2002 Winter Olympics. He is an annual participant in the Give Kids a Smile program and clinical faculty member at the University of Utah Dental School, where he works with dental students and dental residents in clinical settings. Dr. Evans is a fellow in the Pierre Fauchard Academy (an international honorary dental society) and recently received fellowship in the ICD (International College of Dentists).

In private practice for more than 25 years, Dr. Evans is always upgrading his dental techniques and expanding his knowledge to provide the best care for his patients. His practice utilizes lasers (Biolase) and CAD/ CAM (CEREC) and digital radiography. These services provide the best in patient comfort, safety and convenience.

Raised in Salt Lake City, attended East High, BYU Hawaii, LDS Business College (Medical Assisting). Started her dental career working for her father and grandfather in Sugarhouse. Lives in Salt Lake with her husband and two dogs.

Mother of five great children and one spoiled fur baby. Muriel loves interior Design, traveling, reading and cant resist a good thrift store. She has been in dentistry (our practice) for almost 40 years and although she finds dentistry interesting, the best part of her job is the wonderful patients, most of whom she counts as friends.

Graduated from Dixie State University in 2006 with a bachelor degree in dental hygiene and enjoys the many years of serving patients. Kim loves spending time with her family and currently has 3 children ages 6.4 and 2.

Graduated from Weber State University in 2005 with her bachelor degree in Dental Hygiene and has loved being a hygienist for the past 13 years. But most of Brookes time is spent with her family, she has 3 awesome kids that keep her life exciting and busy as ever!

Jess graduated from Eagle Gate College in 2009 and has worked as a dental assistant ever since. She has 3 cute little girls and enjoys crocheting (when they let her) and spending time outside with her family.

Ashlee graduated from Dixie State University in 2006 with a bachelor degree in dental hygiene. She loves getting to know patients and has been with Evansmiles since 2009. She loves spending time with her family of 4 kids, hiking, rock climbing, going on kayaks and exploring the world!

Completed her Dental Hygiene degree in 2006 at the Salt Lake Community College. She has 3 sweet children and a wonderful husband and enjoys spending time with them, mostly outdoors while hiking, camping and skiing. Teresa loves popcorn, ice cream, anything chocolate and building things with power tools.
