If youve ever had a crown, you probably know how frustrating it can be waiting for your crown. All the while your temporary crown is falling off at the worst possible times No more! Enter CEREC and digital 3D dentistry.
We proudly offer the CEREC system for crowns, veneers, bridges, inlays and onlays. The CEREC system uses three-dimensional intra-oral scanning instead of foul-tasting impression material. Once the scanning is complete the crown is designed right in front of your eyes in high definition on a computer screen. The crown is then milled from a block of ceramic and tested for accuracy of fit before its finished.
All of this is accomplished while you are in the chair. Within about 45 minutes, the crown is bonded into place for superior strength over conventional cements. You leave our office with the your tooth fixed and looking great with your new crown!
The technology doesnt end at ceramic restorations. We also use laser called a Diagnodent to help in diagnosing decay. This allows us to have an additional means of confirming spots of decay on the teeth, removing any doubt about the presence of a cavity. Why is this important? Its extremely important to treat any cavities before it becomes a bigger problem and more expensive than necessary. Dont let your teeth start hurting before you take care of them.
The best healthcare of any sort begins with prevention. We all know that we should have our teeth cleaned and examined regularly, but why? No matter how well we brush and floss, no one is immune to tartar buildup on his or her teeth. Removing that buildup regularly (every six months for most patients) is highly recommended.
Two words that no one ever wants to hear root canal. However, they are inevitable sometimes to save a tooth. If you dont get the recommended root canal your tooth can become infected and weak. Which can cause you great pain or broken tooth. Corwin Dentist doesnt want to see any of our patients go though that. We offer root canal therapy for most of the teeth in your mouth, and without the higher cost of a referring to a specialist. We strive to serve you as thoroughly as possible.

Dr. Corwin is the best dentist in the Fargo-Moorhead area he has done exceptional work on each one of my fillings you can't even tell that any work has even been done. he has such a peaceful and calming energy I used to always be nervous when going to the dentist and now I look forward to it. Also the dental hygienist's are very good at their job and they also have a very sweet and caring energy thank you so much for making my dental experience so much better

We appreciate the staff at Corwin Dental! My 7 year old gets so excited to go to the dentist! Today she had an appointment & when we were scheduling she said "I hope it's soon!"

I am so very pleased to let you know that I, for the first time since Hannah left, felt my teeth were very clean. Jessica cleaned my teeth and she listened to my concerns and when I asked for the ultrasound gizmo to be used bc of ALL my crowns, she was willing to take the time to listen. She didn't hesitate to visit with me. Prior cleanings at the new office made me feel as if I was not worth getting to know. Small talk is so important to me. I needed someone to reciprocate and that is exactly what Jessica did. Jessica is a KEEPER!!! She is thorough and appears to like her job. Where as, prior cleanings were cold and very distant. Jessica is warm and inviting. I hope this is used only for Jessica, as I understand personalities are different with everyone. It wasn't a personality conflict between the prior hygienists, it was the environment offered or lack there of. Whoop WHOOP!!! Way to go Jessica!!!

When I had my first appointment at corwin dental, it was the first dentist appointment I had in a long time so I was very anxious and slightly embarrassed. At corwin, however, they put my anxieties at ease and were very non judgemental. They walked me through every step of what they did and why they were doing it. They were caring and thoughtful throughout the process and made me very comfortable. I would definitely recommend them!!!

The dentist is a literal rockstar. Guitars everywhere. It's very cool. The dental assistants so gentle and nice. Lori at the front desk is always such a kind and friendly face. Our family doesn't mind going to the dentist too much!

I was referred to Corwin Family Dentistry from a friend who no longer goes here. Every filling I've received has fallen out within 2-3 months. I received an x-ray that seemed to have magically disappeared and then had to pay for another one. It turned into a root canal I kept asking about that tooth and was ignored. It could have just been refilled. If the goal was to profit. And not doing a good job with fillings like press down on them. You completed that goal. I won't be coming back. I can't afford to pay and repay for fillings that just fall out. I really wanted to like this place but am disappointed. You clearly lied about my x-ray being taken on my right side and it was my idea, so, please don't insult my intelligence telling me it never happened. You never even requested my prior Dental records or have me a professional opinion on my unessary procedure at Aspen Dental who's been on Frontline for all their shady practices. You ignored my tooth, even after your dental assistant told you not to forget about that tooth. Then you just smiled and walked away after I asked if that tooth was okay, Then it turns into a root canal. My upper left tooth hurts all the time, I'm sure it infected. I will be eventually going back to The Minneapolis dental school, They're honest. I shouldn't of went back after the dishonesty with x-ray. Lesson learned. You know exactly who I am. I'm the gal who got four fillings. Two I didn't need, all four fell out in a short amount of time and the one on the right side turned into a root canal. I had to pay for everything twice because you said it was a different Dentist. Everybody knows Dentists are liar's and conartists and that's why it's so hard to find a good Dentist, I had a chance to make it right but continued to deny and lie. I'm nice until I get ripped off. I started going to going to you when you were in the hospice building. I found out the gal who recommended you to me has never even had work done by you. I only needed two fillings and a cleaning and what I paid for was way more than called.
