Cortland Dental has to be the worst orthodontists I've ever seen. If I could give 0 stars I would. I haven't had an appointment for 6 months which is absurd. Every time I get scheduled, they cancel a few hours before and tell me it's out of their control never solving the issue.They don't have an orthodontist and for some reason it's taking them more than 6 months to find one. My insurance didn't cover my braces so I had to pay $4,100 out of my own pocket and now that they refuse to schedule me in and I want to transfer, I have only get "partial" money back. Save yourself the money and choose another dentistry. Every person I've talked to has said the same thing and has already unenrolled.

My daughter goes there for ortho and they are by the worse. very unprofessional, no communication with the patient. Their policy changes all the time without letting the patient know. Every time we get there they make her reschedule. She has gone there a few times alone and has been seen with no problem but today they decide they need to see a parent around which was never told from the beginning. Worse manager ever to deal with and the doctor is always running behind so they reschedule your original appt because the doctor doesn't know how to manage his schedule. No care in the world for their patients to be on track with their treatment. For the last 3 months they have been told my daughter she has 3 more appts left to her treatment and every time it gets pushed further and further away. They are a money hungry corporation office and their staff is very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. PLEASE DO DO START YOUR KIDS ORTHO HERE. I've been on working on the dental field for 20+ years and this is by far the worse office ever .

Very unhappy with this place. Made appointments thinking we had a plan in place and it never happened. While I understand my daughter is a difficult patient, this is a place for children and I expected better from them.

This place is always rescheduling your appointment they tell you they're going to put you on the waiting list for your appointment they never call you whenever you call you're still on the waitlist bad customer service worst experience ever. If you don't wanna get a cleaning and waist your time this is the place.

Absolutely horrible!!!! Dr Malla in Fall River is incompetent. Ive had fillings done by her twice now and both times the filling has been gritty and uneven, leaving me unable to properly close my mouth. I work full time and shouldn't have to take time out of work and lose pay to fix HER mistake. I tried calling the Fall River office and the call center and they have been unable to help me.

My daughter is a good, respectful, responsible, kind kid. She's a 2nd degree blackbelt in taekwondo so she's used to taking instructions seriously. We went to her appointment today and the dentist was extremely mean to her. He came in. Did not acknowledge my presence. He didn't say hello to my daughter. He proceeded to be annoyed and scolded my daughter, threatened to take her braces off next appointment and walked out as annoyed as when he came. Now my kid is crying. Thanks Cortland Dental for making my daughter cry. I would not recommend this place for your child

The ortho team is absolutely horrible. They are never on the same page with one another which leads to a whole bunch of miscommunication issues between you and them. They take forever and a day to deliver what should have been a simple service. The place as a whole is the worst when it comes to communication. You can call 5 minutes after they open and they will not pick up the phone. They don't give you the chance to leave a message or even wait on the line, they legit hang up themselves. The ortho department is even worse, they never answer the phone and never return calls. Mcdonalds has better customer service than this place. It's a shame really

We have been bringing our girls to this practice for 5 years. We love them here always in and out everyone is so friendly. They answer in detail all questions we have or kids may have. They are very attentive

Dr malla & nashalyz are very good at what they do! Ive had cavities & just got my dental guard & they they were very patient & amazing. Cleaning is also a breeze. I really like how they take the time to answer my questions & concerns!!! 5 stars
