My daughter got there for an appointment at 2. No one in the waiting area. We got a couple of minutes before that time. Well guess what? It's 3:30pm and they're not even done. Had to cancel an appointment after I had. And now running late to get my other kid from school. UNACCEPTABLE

I used to go here when it was still kool smiles so it's probably a little better now but the staff cause lots of pain as a child, such as crowns not fitting and unnecessary procedures. When they didn't fit the lady would push them hard into my gums like 10 times until I bled and almost cried. I have autism and would fear and be overstimulated at the dentist and they made the experience so bad except like one lady who left my last few years there. Don't go to chain dentistry places like this and aspen. Take you're child to a better dentist if you can. I'm almost an adult and go to a new place now, I don't ever get diagnosed with cavities even though I eat and drink the same. This will make your child or you not trust dentists.

Excellent! The dentist was very caring, professional, and meticulous! We had an emergency and they took care of us right away! We are grateful for their service! My daughter had her teeth cleaned by Natalia. She was wonderful, kind and very professional. The staff was simply great. We are grateful.

Is taken more than an 1 and 40 minutes just for a cleaning and this is aftet they are called to the back un heard of what are they doing back there shooting the wind and after all that time the doctor did not get a chance to check her they asked if i wanted to come bach another day. I think it beats the whole purpose . something need to change for better service.

Most of the staff is friendly and kind. That being said several times there have been mix-ups with my children's care. They asked my 7 year old for information rather than myself and I gave it 3 times before she went in. I also usually arrive early and have now been kept more than 30 minutes later than the appointment should have started 3 out of 5 visits. This is absolutely unacceptable. The few nice staff are the only reason we've continued care here.

EI just went and as a kid I advise bring your kid here the orthos are amazing they have amazing service their waiting room is amazing when you walk in There is a little place where little kids can playTotally recommendede

what can I say very rude staff not professional nor Patience with kids why book so many people at once and then cant hadle it one of the dental Assistant made my 9 year old cry if it was up to me we will never come back to this place by the way Roxanne should learn how to talk to children screaming and being rude to them like is nothing shame.

Staff is very nice! They don't really interact with the kids when they go back though! We waited over and hour for our appointments that were at 9:00 am. The dr still hasn't checked them yet and it is now 11:13 am. I have NEVER waited this long, so, I am not sure what is going on!

The dentists and staff are amazing and extremely thorough, super friendly environment, 5/5 would recommend to friends,family, etc and the vibe isn't a scary or unwelcoming feeling whether you go to the dentist regularly or haven't gone in years, they take care of you and overall the experience is great they talk to you every step of the way and relieve you of any stress or worries you may have.

Impossible to contact them by phone....... CORTLAND DENTAL ORTHODONTIST I have tried calling numerous times, leaving many messages and never received a call back or had their phone answered. I even had representatives from the main number call for me and they can't even get ahold of them! My daughter needs her brace wires fixed and a bracket replaced SINCE Saturday and I have yet to get ahold of them. It's to the point that I will have to just pop-up with her (from Holyoke) DURING her school day in order for her to be seen!!!

I'm willing to bet most the 5 star reviews this "establishment" received are fake, the dentists often talk to each other while working on patients like our mouths don't have tools in them and they take they're sweet time doing so, I've had many cavity fillings done by them that I was told were completely unnecessary by bay state health, and lastly I had a root canal done by them because of an error they made while creating a filling causing me severe nerve pain resulting in me needing that procedure. I'm convinced these people care more about insurance payments than they do their patrons, please people leave honest reviews about this place so more don't fall victim to this scam of a business.

I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy. I had a horrible experience at this office the front desk assistant was very rude an disrespectful, no wonder this place has a big turn over for front desk assistance.

Im being nice giving one star to this place honestly. I talked to VIOLET the front desk assistant about my appointment and she got very nasty with me for no reason other than not wanting to do her job. She lied an told her boss i cussed at her just so she didn't look bad and Kathy the manager defended her even though she knew her employee was being unprofessional.
