This place is very unprofessional they don't know what they doing so many times I had go for appointments they mess me up make me leave my jobs early waisting my time they schedule me on afternoon when I go they telling me my appointments has been cancel because they don't see adults on the afternoon what does that have to do with me I would never goes over or taking my kids there nomore.

SOOOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! They let me make TWO appointments on a day where they weren't even open. had my kids standing outside at the door in the cold waiting for their appointment without even knowing they weren't open. probably one of the worst dental places ever.

They were extremely unorganized. I was told by the operator over the phone my appointment was set for 2 to a location far away from me. Then when I went to the office the desk receptionist told me my appointment was in another location close to where i live. So I wasted all that time to go to this branch and I could just gone to a branch closer to me.

This place is very unprofessional. My kids appointment time was at 9:00 am show up at 8:53 think I was late because they tell you to arrived 15 minutes to fill out the paperwork. When I arrived the door was still lock they didn't come to open it around 9:05 a.m. when I went downstairs to check in they couldn't find my kid's name in the system before being seen I still had to fill out the paperwork and it was going on 9:21am now. I love the hygienist that worked on my kids teeth wish she can change location not work here she is excellent with the kids. Still calling to receive a paper for my daughter's school so they can excuse her from being late for school.

Love this spot BUT appointment was at 2 and had to wait about 30/45 min AFTER I was also 15 min early .... maybe they should Have just gave me a 2:30 Appointment if I was that late I would have gotten my appointment CANCELED...

Ever since Kool smiles merged with Cortland dental I always end up with a problem. I can't even close my miyth cause one of the newer dentist there messed up really bad. Go back to being Kool smiles good

I had to give them one star to write this review courtland dental formerly kool smiles in Roxbury,mass there service sucks and if you get dr tsagas run as fast as you can she takes on to many patients then she runs around to room to room forgetting who she is working on I tryed to get dentures it's been 2 yrs and 5 months still no dentures I walked out and will never return to this office the women that work there is great

Sandra is a D.A. at the Roxbury office. She is very rude and has a very bad attitude. I wouldnt recommend anyone with her.

I have been a patience here for about 9 years. Even after all the changes made, the staff has always been friendly and professional (old and new staff). Lots of patience with children.
