They took forever to get my braces on and when I finally got them on they have me waiting more than six months to tighten my braces never going back and switching immediately

I've been going going here since I was 7 years old and this place is horrible I had these two fillings for a long time now they are telling me that it needs to be fixed because who ever did it didn't do a great job . Also, the lady in the front desk is very rude. They cancel your appointment without even letting you know. Then they complain when we reschedule an appointment. My 6 year old brother they told him that he has 4 cavities and he still has baby tooth's how are they going to fill them I don't understand.

Please avoid this place at all costs. I wish I had known how bad and shady their service was sooner but sadly I wasted so many years at this place since my childhood, getting cavities filled that never even existed and had braces on for so long I had to switch to another practice. Horrible

This place is a joke it should not even get 1 star... 3rd time they rescheduled my son appointment took the day off for this and for them to tell me they called me to reschedule no sorry going else where ...... very unprofessional

Nice people, but the girl who cleaned my teeth did a horrible job. Constantly poking at my gums really hard and when she needed my head up more she aggressively moved my head up herself.

The hygienists do not listen to patients or parents. They hold their own conversations that seem to take all their focus off of actually doing their jobs. I've been bringing my kids for years and at every single appointment there is some issue. Either it's only for one kid and not the other, the changed the time without calling and letting you know. They chit chat loudly instead of doing anything. Cleaning takes 15-20 mins and then they waited 25 mins to do X-rays. Then more sitting while they continue talking about how hungry they are.

Absolute scam from Kool smiles to Cortland dental they will tell you your child has issues with teeth and needs root canal surgery and send you somewhere else charging you per visit and accomplishing nothing don't go here with high hopes they will take advantage of your insurance especially mass health, and no need for your petty apology, Never Again!!

My son in March was just told he needed two crowns because he has cavities so bad they can't be filled. This is the first I have heard about these and he goes regularly every six months

Very unprofessional place the receptionist did not help me at all very lazy staffing the receptionist at the front did not answer any of the questions I had she was very rude I believe her name was Veronica I will never come to this place ever again very unprofessional and dirty horrible staff at the front desk

I got an appt for 10 a.m. its 11 a.m. and nobody has even called me yet. This place is just over packed for the amount of employees they have. They just waste my morning. I dont recommend this place. It's a joke

This place should get no stars and should be investigated by the state. I had been taking my 6 year old there for cleanings and all of a sudden out of nowhere I was told he had 4 cavities and needed 4 crowns . I was surprised and hestitently allowed them to do one crown but the more I thought about it it didn't seem right so I went to a different dentist and of course my little had no cavities and needed no crowns . The persons at cortland who did the cleaning and the crown are POS for doing that to little lids !

I am pleased to report that Dr. Palermo is a great Doctor and guy. He really went out of his way for his patient today, who happens to be my son. His staff is also really great.
