This place is horrible. They are always short staff. They've been bouncing my daughter from Springfield site to Holyoke. The hygienist instead of reading her file before attending her she tells her "You shouldn't have braces. If you can't maintain them."... I've been waiting for them to have a orthodontist to attend my daughter because they failed to mention that they're orthodontist left the practice and they were looking for someone else. Is been a battle with them for over a year. I put complains and the manager calls says we're going to investigate and I never get a call back to get any answers. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

some employees are rules Appointments at the place are the worst they do cancel but they never call and if they send it, when you get there they don't find out I believe they have to review the team.

Making an appointment with this place is the absolute worst. I reschedule an appointment, get a text saying "you missed your appointment! Call us." for the cancelled appointment. Called them and get told the new appointment wasn't made.. schedule more appointments. I get a text to confirm my kids appointments the week before.. I send a C to confirm a couple hours after I got it, same day, during business hours still about 3pm and they had already canceled them. Reschedule AGAIN. No confirmation email, until 6 AM this morning, I apparently got an appointment reminder for my son's appointment? 6 am on the same day? The way it's been so far, I had assumed they never got around to booking the appointment again since there was no confirmation texts or anything. Their office is an absolute mess.

They do not have a dentist anymore dont waste your time here they'll bill your insurance and then try to set up ANOTHER APPOINTMENT @ their Springfield location SCAMMM! They should be calling clients and letting them know this but instead their running some type of scheme now. I said no, this was the straw that broke the camel's back!

Until 3 months ago we were satisfied with the orthodontist treatment received here, but after arriving for an appointment to be told the orthidontist did not come? (no phone call nothing letting us know the appointment would be cancelled) I have been unable to make an appointment since, no one calls back and apparently its filled in months in advance. Meanwhile my daughter has braces unattended in her mouth doing damage to her teeth. I dont know what is going on but something is wrong.

My son has been a patient for a long time, I used to go to the Springfield location but stopped because of the lack of professionalism. I decided to give it another opportunity since I moved to Holyoke so started going to the Holyoke location.... It's just insane, there is 2 people waiting and there is a 35 minute wait, not only that when they finally called us, the guy does the X-Ray he tells me to take a seat, and I see him on his Apple Watch trying to voice text for like 5 minutes, which I find very unprofessional, like you are with your patient! You should not care for your messages! The girls in the front were very nice tho..

Unprofessional and unhealthy. My daughter, who has an urgent case, has now has had a two month further delay because of them. On Sept 28 the day of our initial consult, they were to submit paperwork to the insurance for approval, but never did. I have been calling them on a weekly basis and they keep stalling, lying and then not returning my inquiries. When I checked in with the health insurance it said they never submitted the paperwork. Why? If they didn't want to treat my daughter then they should've said so at the original consult so we could've gone elsewhere. Two months of delays to get my daughter dental care, she has braces, is unacceptable. This is neglect. There has been no reason for them not to follow up for two months with the insurance or me. Or professionally deny treatment. I can understand they forgot to submit the paperwork initially, but after I called week after week to remind them they should have done so or responded professionally saying they can't treat my daughter. Unfortunately I kept waiting because they are the closet pediatric orthodontics to us, an hour drive still. THIS practice is not ok.

Been going here for years and nothing has been getting better, some of the receptionist are very rude and talk about patients in front of everyone in the waiting area, dont get me started in the ortho they only care for money im so glad my son is done with his braces once he finishes the amount of time he has with the retainers i will be completely done with this place.The wait is very long the communication is horrible and believe it or not they pick and choose the appts for you and then blow you up on text phone calls and emails, you will get like 10 reminders is annoying. I dropped my other two from the dental part just stuck on the ortho part then dropping them completely. Good luck

Hey, if you love to wait long hours to get seen and have the doctor go by you a few times after being told she was with another patient then this is the place for you!!! Yay!

Not recommended for people who works. My appointment was schedule for 8 am. Istand up after 20 mins waiting. Then waited until 8:50 am inside. I left. Im not returning, every time is the same. Receptionist very kind.

Horrible customer service. They will put you on hold for hours and not even tell you before hand! No one knows what s happening and which doctors are there working. New patient, but don't even want to visit based on their first impression.

Every time I bring my kids we wait for an hour or more. The people in the back rooms are very rude and unprofessional. When they are doing a procedure on my kids the doctor and the assistant are always in a rush and mentioning how many people they have and rolling eyes.

The quality of care and professionalism has gone down the drain. Wait times are ridiculous and let's not forget the HIPPA violations. I will be removing my family to another facility and strongly recommend you avoid this facility.

I will not return to this dental office. Very unprofessional staff. The secretary is the worst. I over heard her say awful things on how the schedule is a mess. I don't recommend this place.
