This place is nice and clean. The staff here are friendly and polite. They understand the patients needs and handles the situations accordingly. Karla was amazing. Very friendly and warm energy. It was easy and Karla made everyone comfortable and we highly recommend this place if you plan to see a specialist. Good luck.

Zero starts for this place, don't waist your money and time going there I had plenty if bad experiences and the last one I had was they called me to cancel my 3 kids appointment that was scheduled for long, then made a second appointment who also was canceled the a third appointment who I confirmed by text and phone call and when I went there the office was closed. I call them and said that Saturday was not open then why are they giving appointments, call customers to confirm on a day they know is closed. I called and the people over the phone so rude never apologize even and were lost why they schedule an appointment on a day they're closed. Treatment and care is bad I think they're short in staff or something. Bad dentist place.

Love the Doctor. Live the Hygienist. Love the staff. They're so respectful and friendly. So glad of the change. I used to go to this place years ago and it was never this good. Glad I stayed. Thanks

Worst office they don't know how to work with kids staff not friendly they are so depressed,Hygienist rude to kids clean teeth in 5 min , Assistant asked me to say no to Doctor if they asked me to do any treatment same day and say no to put crown for my son , never I'm going there again.

Honestly, NOT KID Friendly at ALL!!!I I arrived for my 3 years old appoitment and didnt feel comfortable- NO TV, nothing for kids & The play area was dirty, trashy, instead of one of the girls cleaning up the trash(dunkins cups) they TRY to block the area with chairsSo I let them know the reasons why I didnt want my baby seen their & excused myself !!!

bad service, they cancel appointments without notifying you and make you come to the place to waste time without any snow, they already did it to me twice, they think you don't work, they cancel appointments just because they feel like it, you ask for free to be able to go to the appointment and they do that, they should hire untrained staff because the one they have leaves a lot to think about, they change the system well because those automatic msgs don't work either, they notified me of the cancellation and the only msg I have is to remind me of the appointment , if this happens again I will change clinics because just as they do not attend when you arrive late, they do not attend to you if you arrive early and cancel appointments without notifying

I do not recommend this dental office to anyone the first time I booked an appointment and let them know that I had a hole in my tooth and my mouth is in pain the first time I go to this office that is 40 minutes away from my home I was told that the dentist had to leave because he had an emergency it would've been nice if I would've been called before I reached the office the second time I go in I was told they can't fix the tooth that is causing pain and hurting because they initially need to do a cleaning first so then I come back for the third time and the receptionist are rude the dental assistant are so lost and confused. I sit in the chair for two hours to have them only tell me my blood pressure & weight which I already knew and for them to book me another appointment for six months later mind you they still haven't even touched my mouth I speak to the Office manager to complain and she is more lost and confused than the dental assistance. she seems like she was out in space while I was talking to her. I am definitely reporting this office to the bureau of health/public health. I work at a hospital and I am appalled at this office & that they are even in business

My child was getting her teeth down they gave her medication however my child said that she could still feel it and was in pain I told them that my child was in pain but they said she was lying and that she was wrong that they gave her enough medication. My child was squeezing my hands hard and crying her lungs of the pain they said that she was lying about . I'm tired of this dentist arguing that they are always right and that the patient and parent are not right

They were great when they were Kool smiles. My son recently had a filling performed here and he's had nothing but pain since. What makes it worse is that the dentist told whoever he was training or talking to "we have to do the best that we can. If we get it all, good. If we don't, what are you going to do. We did our best." I didn't go in the room with him due to covid restrictions but if I had, I would have definitely questioned that statement and asked for someone else. Sounds like he needs to go back to school. It also sounds like he's not doing his job/possibly not caring due to the practice being in a lower income area with lots of non English speaking immigrants in the area. Either way. It's completely illegal to get paid for services not rendered.

I was there today. 4/6/21. With my son. Beleive she was the manager today. Unknown. I havent had oppertunity to formally introduce myself to her. So unknown of her name. But she has beautiful black curly hair. Glasses. Unknown nationality. But no biggie. Very very nice lady. Very respectful. And absolutely beautiful.very very beautiful woman. I must day. Very respectful.
