Came all the way from New Bedford for this appt. Waited an hr and a half for a cleaning. Ended up just walking out. Nice staff members though

Customer service did nothing to help the situation at all , all they did was provide a number then left us (clients ) to figure out a situation that their job description included . We drove an hour here , waste of gas , money and time just to get our appointment cancelled because I was working and couldn't answer their call . And even though i called back to confirm , they still denied us . This Company , and members at the Brockton Cortland dental did nothing to help us out except for obviously , providing a number that didn't get us anywhere . I don't recommend this office at all. Do not come here , repeat , do not come here , you'll regret . Do not waste your time coming here. They have 0 consideration. One of the managers, Richard, needs more training. They take months to get back to you and once you get an appointment they milk the system and your time by doing half the work other places do. It's a joke. The guy in the front is sweet totally not his fault. He would be getting a 5 star.

There mannerism and customer service is gross . I've been with them before they was cortland dental and they was look smiles . This office in particular is so unorganized and they people at that front desk don't have any clues about customer service AT ALL . They sit at the desk look at you , don't say anything. They hang up on the ph or don't pick up . I've had so many issue and only stayed because my children have been there for so long . However rudeness of this place has solidified me continuing serves .

The customer services is really bad. They also don't even answer the phone. They do not respect patient confidentiality. If you are someone looking to pick up this place as your new orthodontist I would not recommend it. I would like to add when I went there I waited in the lobby room for a hour and a half just to get told half way across the lobby that I would not be seen that day because I need to make a new payment. They also hanged the phone in my face when I call to make an appointment.

My Husband had an appointment scheduled for 10am today but when we call to confirm the time someone by the name of Sarah stated that his appointment is Canceled. Mind you we didn't get any notices in regards to his appointment. Very unprofessional. A call or even a text stating his appointment was canceled would have been appreciated. We took time off from work to take him to his appointment. One can only assume they are under staffed. We also made multiple calls through out the week with no success. Communication is key.

I've been with cortland dental since my kids were babies and I've seen so much turn around within staff. The only reason I chose to stay with Cortland is because of Nia the braces manager. She makes my kids feel extremely comfortable. I'm huge on reviews and seeing all the negatives about this office which isn't much of a shock, BUT the only positives is about NIA. See the braces team they will help you with your needs!

Had an appointment at three for my daughter. Got there fifteen minutes early. Waited about that time just to get checked in at the desk. Because it took forever to get checked in the orthodontist tells the receptionist that she wouldn't be able to take us because I was late and would have to reschedule. Says that she needs 45 to work on my child's braces but can't now because we're late. That she has to leave by four. Are you kidding !!! Then they have my phone and address mixed up with another family member of mine. They call me for her appointments and call her for my appointments. I've had two different receptionist fix it in their computer but do you think it's fixed in their system? NOPE!!! VERY unprofessional and unorganized. I'm switching dentist location ASAP!!

The office staff NEVER answers the phone or returns phone calls when you leave a message/multiple messages. This has been going on since before Covid 19 started. I've tried emailing the company and get brushed off and ignored. My next step is leaving this review to warn others, not to bother going there. How long do you think this can go on, before they go out of business? I give them less than two years, at the rate they are going. By February 2024, I bet Cortland Dental is no more.

Terrible dentistry. Had two appointments both at 9am one I was taken 30 minutes after waiting in an empty lobby. The next was for an oral surgery and I didn't get taken till 2 hrs after my scheduled time. Although the doctor was cool , didn't appreciate waiting for them to be ready when they scheduled my appointment that early.

I come in at 9 don't get seen till 9:30 then they tell me they need a X-ray I tell them that's not what I need I am telling them I have a infection so I need meds for my infection and Motrin for pain they tell me I have 3 people ahead of me and that I have to wait till have the 3 people I am in alot of pain this is crazy I was here when they was kool smiles alot has changed I thought patients that are in pain come first before other patients and this is a problem I am sitting in pain.

Trash. Booked an appointment for my daughter weeks in advance for a Saturday appointment. Checked in, sat down, waited 30 minutes before the receptionist comes over to tell us since it is Saturday there is no way for them to verify our insurance, so she can't be seen today. Nobody verified it the day prior. She even said "I called and verified but if we see her today the computer will bill you and not the insurance." makes no sense at all. Will never be back. What a waste of time. This place was great before they became Cortland.
