I moved away and changed my dentist. Going back to Dr. Cortese felt like coming home. I actually sighed with relief. No more big box dental for me. His personnel is courteous and professional. Highly recommend!

Dr. Voyne is the best!!! I've been his patient for 30 years and can't imagine another dentist. My wife is now a convert to the Dr. Voyne approach to dentistry.

Our whole family has been going to Cortese Dental for over 10 years now and they are amazing. Friendly professional always available and with a big smile !! I did my invisalign with them, my daughter did her braces with them both came out perfect !! even their teeth cleaning is better than all the other places i been to. Amazing place with amazing people. Highly highly recommended !!!

Tiffany was great! My mouth didn't hurt at all after the cleaning. Miss Nancy though . The banter in the office was missed.

Dr Trang explained my very intricate treatment plan so that I could understand it. He took his time creating and printing a computer graphic (visual aide) . Dr Trang was very patient with me.

This has to be the best Dental office in alameda co. The staff is great. Excellent dentists all of them. They treat you like family. I highly recommend this dental office to everyone! Wish I would have found this place years ago. Poppy.

Doctor Cortese and his team are a wonderful place to visit. Everyone is kind and the wait times are short. I love that appointments are confirmed and reminded via text messages. Super helpful. Definitely would recommend this place.

First appt with this dentist and it was the Worst experience AND I was billed for no work. Called the dental office and leave 2 voicemails stating that my jaw has pop out of alignment and I would like someone to look at it and pop it back in, maybe recommend a night guard as it probably TMJ. Lovely receptionist calls me back and coaches me through ensuring that they are in my dental insurance next work and books me for an appt the next day. Arrive, fill out all the paper work and then am taken back and place in a chair by a dental hygienist who the drapes me and says to open wide for my cleaning. I explain there must be some sort of mistake as I can't open my jaw enough for a cleaning and this was supposed to be a dental consult for my jaw. She walk over to the dentist (two chairs away) and explains the situation, to which he replies "give her a prescription for antibiotics and refer her to the oral surgeon". Dental hygienist comes back and relays the dentist message ( but again, he is two chairs away so I heard it) and I explain that I don't have an infection and should Hr at least look at me before prescribing drugs I don't need. So goes back again and he says "fine, I will see her in 5 minutes". Eventually he comes over doesn't even touch my face or teeth and says he will send a referral to the oral surgeon, as there is nothing they can do. Total time spent with dentist maybe 3 minutes. No physical contact from hygienist or dentist and bill arrives today for 165 dollars for an emergency procedure? Really? So incredibly disappointed and upset.

Been going to them for about 5 years now. I like them a lot and all their hygienists have been gentle with performing cleanings.
