Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Very disapointed and shocked!!!!! Checked in for an appointment and was told that if I did not sign up for their on- line chart that gives them access to my entire medical ( not dental) history including all medical treatments and medications that I would not be able to see the dentist. I was there becuse I have a filling that fell out and was having pain. I ended up walking out of the office because treatment was refused without this consent. Number one, my medical history is not neccessary to do a filling. Number two, I should have been informed when I made the appointment that this is a new requirement of their office. I am quite sure that many people who sign up for this online chart are unaware what information that they are allowing this office to have access too for a teeth cleaning or a filling. What the heck ever happed to HIPA. I now have to endure pain the until I can make an appointment with another Dentist because of their refusal to treat.

Do not bother. Unprofessional and condescending front staff. Quotes are outrageous for "additional serious services needed right now". How dumb do they think people are? Do your due diligence, call other offices and get a second opinion/different prices. I did, got a completely different price point with an out of network provider (much more reasonable) and better services.

Most unprofessional place I've ever been to. I showed up to my 3:00 appointment at 2:45 and was informed that I would be checked in and that I could take a seat. At 3:15 they called my cellphone even though I was the only person in the waiting room and all 5 office clerks could see me. No apology of any kind. I even overhead them call another patient who had a 4:00 appointment because they said they were ahead of schedule and wanted to see if they'd come in early. I walked out 5 minutes later and will never go back.

Our family had a great first experience here, they treated us like family. The staff was very thorough and went over everything with us and the options we had. Highly recommend going here, even if your littles are tagging along :) We loved Reed, Esther, Heidi & Dr. Dahl !

I called ahead and asked for a quote on a cleaning and was quoted 450 dollars which I thought was a little pricey but I decided to go anyway. I get there and they say it's 3000 dollars for a cleaning and the dentist says we don't do quotes over the phone but the problem is they did quote me a price to get me in there. Then I'm told if I pay 500 dollars to join some plan they have I could cut the price in half. When the old dentists owned this place it was a great practice but I would avoid this place at all costs go online and do your research before you go to the dentist and always get around 5 quotes from different dentists before you get any precudure done as the prices can vary drastically from one dentist to the next.

Worst front office in the business! Had 2 appointments that were rescheduled without any one ever reaching out to confirm the change was even possible. Then they call you acting like it was your fault you're not telepathic and couldn't figure out the changes on our own. I do not recommend to any adult or child needing dental work. Just go to Aspen!

Called to get a quote on cleaning I understand if you can't give rates ... however... you should talk with a little but of customer service in your voice at least pretend to like your job.. if people don't like the first voice they hear they aren't going to even try to schedule an appointment

This morning was my first appt. Dr. Kraft is a doll, patient, explains things thoroughly & genuinely cares. My cleaning was performed by Reed. He is the best hygienist I have ever experienced in all my years of seeing dentists (and I am close to 72!) I feel I have found a dental home again after my dentist of more than 30 years retired 5 years ago. I have been floundering since then but NO more!

There is a real disconnect between the overall look and pricing of this business and the actual service. My gf and I both went in and experienced some concerning practices by the dentists. I needed to have a tooth removed and was pressured to get a 1200 dollar base for a fake tooth put in. My issue was my wisdom tooth would have grown into the same area as whatever prosthetic they put in and would have been an instant concern. So what's going on here? Was the plan to corral me into a messy situation that was completely unnecessary where I fork out 3000 to fix a problem CAUSED by their business practices? Then I took my girlfriend by only to utilize their free x-rays and they tell us she needs to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed right away and that one of them is rubbing on its neighbor tooth and especially is a problem. We took her to another place for a second opinion and they tell us that there is no damage to the neighboring tooth. Both visits the whole super pristine feel of the place and the misleading weirdly manipulative dentists sketched me out.

My Bf and I went here only to utilize the free X-rays, but they didn't even answer our questions just told me I need to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled asap. Cause it would cause problems if I didn't do so, and on top of all that they wanted over 2,000 of what money!!!!! So I went to another dentist that told me the complete opposite, and I don't have to rush to get them out, which is a relief and I can actually begin saving $$$ up to get the teeth removed. If you know what's good for you and you don't want to wage your time and hard earned money don't go here. It should be called Cortaro Frowns

Scheduled this appointment with a 2.5 hour gap before my next client. Waited for 45 minutes only to be told they're "cleaning a room" but all the assistants are busy right now. Who knows how much longer I would have waited if I didn't leave. Front office ladies are rude and not welcoming. I'd go somewhere else.

Went in today for an appointment scheduled 6 weeks ago. Checked in early to make sure I wouldn't miss my time or have any issues with my appointment. Got informed I couldn't be checked in by the desk and I had to create an online account to check in. Filled out the forms and checked in electronically to then sit there for 45 minutes and watch as literally every other patient got called back before me and new arrivals got called back before me. The front of this office is always disorganized and chaotic. If you are going to be changing systems why wouldn't you notify your patients? I could not believe people were arriving after me and getting to go right back. Finally after sitting in the lobby for one hour I asked if I would still be seen. Evidently the lady at the front desk never updated the system that I could be brought back, so I was just gonna sit there for who knows how long. The dentists at this office are fine but the front desk has had problem after problem almost every time I've been there. I was shocked when I asked one of the receptionists why they didn't inform patients of the changes and she replied that "they probably did with the appointment reminder." I was never notified and your rude, dismissive response is why I will be finding a new dentist.

Please DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I went for just a small filling in one of my Tooth. I came back as i was feeling alot of sensativity, The dentists shaved my tooth to the point is flat now! . The sensativity didn't go away came back and i was told . The dentist ended up going to deep in my tooth and damage my root . Now i have to get a root canal . They want to charge me 1,400 for something they did !! . This is the worse Dental place ever . They don't care for you , Its all about the money .

Please do not go here. Every time I have gone they have been rude and condescending. A couple years ago they took out my bottom wisdom teeth. Now I am in a lot of pain with an infection where they were removed. The doctor came in and was super short and obviously in a hurry and said there must have been food that got stuck in my gums and they healed over it and now there is an infection and my jaw bone is dying. As someone with extreme dental fear and anxiety, this sent me into such a state of fear and panic. I've heard of people becoming disfigured due to their jaw bone dying so this was terrifying to me. He then basically dismissed the pain I was feeling and the fear I was in, described a horrible surgery they would have to do to "scrape out dead bone and bacteria". I was so scared, I left for a second opinion. After getting that second opinion, what's actually going on is nothing like he described, and is actually an infection because when they took out my wisdom teeth they left part of the tooth in me. Now I have pain, infection, and a surgery all because of what they did. I will never go back, and I hope no one else has to go through what I went through by making the mistake of going to this horrible place.

Last night (Friday) my son had a cap come out during dinner. After calling around I was referred to this office for a weekend emergency. The staff was fantastic. Jonathan was super friendly and got us in right away. Dr. Choi was very sweet informative and made me super comfortable with what was going to be done as well as talking about options. Hailey was amazingly gentle and kind while cleaning my sons teeth. I am ready to permanently switch to this office for all my kiddos.
