Dr. Dao attended Texas A&M University in College Station, where he majored in Biomedical Engineering with a focus on Nanoengineering, graduating with Honors. He went on to do research at Princeton University, focusing his research on white blood cell and platelet aggregation. Dr. Dao obtained 99th percentile marks on the competitive DAT and attended Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas, where he tailored his studies to focus on cosmetic dentistry and 3D printing.
Dr. Daos treatment philosophy is to care for his patients just as he would his own family. In doing so, this maximizes the patients oral health and quality of life. Dr. Dao is married to his best friend, Dr. Sherry Oung, DDS (they met in dental school) and have two perfect daughters, Vera and Josephine, and two rambunctious dogs, a beagle, Snickers, and a labradoodle, Reeses.
Dr. Dao and his staff are highly knowledgeable, very polite, and communicate well. I don't mind coming in for checkups and teeth repairs since they educate me in the process, and its pretty painless. I really appreciate their wonderful service and excellent follow up!
Great customer service! I have been coming here for about 5 years now. Front desk is very kind and courteous. The wait is short which is nice. Dr. Stephen is a great dentist that makes you feel calm and comfortable for any procedure. All the staff here are really nice and help explain what is being done. Highly recommend this place for your dental needs!

The best experience I've ever had at the dentist. The staff was very clear about what would happen during the visit and how much it would cost. I ended up needing a few fillings. There was absolutely no pain and during the process the doctor communicated with me the whole time so I knew what he was doing. It sounds like something small but it really made the experience a lot easier to get through. I appreciated that and I really liked that they were up front and clear about the costs.
I have been bringing my kids here for about five years now. By far the best staff everyone is always nice to us and they all make you feel welcomed. I drive more than 35 minutes to come see these guys and its well worth it. The doctor has a sense of humor which makes my kids feel comfortable.
The best Dentist you will find! I have an 8 year old son and I have been bringing him here since he was 3. He loves it and I have never had a problem. Great staff they make you feel comfortable. The Dentist makes you feel like family! He takes his time and makes sure you understand everything he is doing! Great personalities! I will definitely recommend this place to anybody out there looking for a great dental experience and care!
This is the best dental office I have been to hands down. My experience was great from beginning to end. The front desk ladies are always happy and friendly. The assistants were very patient with me and the dentist explained everything to me. Dr. Stephen even showed me pictures of everything he said. Definitely will be coming back every 6 months.
This place is the place to go. Dr. Stephen is amazing at what he does! He is an artist. My chipped front teeth were fixed in less than an hour and they look amazing. I have been to many dentists before and I love how this place is so transparent with how much everything costs up front.I have to drive a long way to get here but it is completely worth it! You can tell that the doctor and his staff really care about their work and I would never go anywhere else!

I have had such a great experience with Dr. Dao. He truly takes his time with each patient and seems to have a genuine interest in how I am doing in my life. He makes you feel like you are his only patient for that day. He pays attention to detail and is an expert at what he does!! The staff is amazing as well.

I have been coming to this office since 2012. Doctor Stephen is an awesome dentist. He is very good with explaining the process is f what the treatment plan is as well as explaining everything that he may do for your minor child. I travel 20+ miles just to continue care. I totally recommend him for your children or yourself!
Everyone is so sweet and I actually look forward to getting my teeth cleaned by them. The doctor remembers you and genuinely cares about how you're doing and the staff always seems like they are in a good mood and get along well. I can't imagine going anywhere else!
Dr. Stephen blew me away, I was so impressed with his bedside manners. My daughters had such horrible experiences with dentist appts. The staff is very helpful, curteous and professional. My daughter had only been to the dentist once before (she's 14), and she had some anxiety. In the end, she had an awesome experience, and her teeth looked great after the service. Highly recommended!
We took our 7 and 9 year olds in today for their general check ups. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with smiling faces. The receptionist even helped by having the kids previous records transferred over. The technicians were great too! All smiles and to the point. Dr. Stephen was amazing! He 's professional, personable and listens when you speak back to him. He 's very informative and super friendly to the kids. In their words, he 's 'the coolest dentist they 've ever had' so a huge thank you to the entire team! You guys rock!!
My experience here was great. Dr. Dao and his staff were all very friendly. Im not a fan of going to the dentist but after coming here, i will be getting my regular 6 month check ups like I am supposed to.

Love Dr. Stephen Dao and his whole team. Provide great dental care at a reasonable price. Dr. Dao gave me great recommendations for cavity prevention and performed my cleaning and fillings quickly and efficiently. I've never had fillings be this painless. I would highly recommend going to him for your dental needs.
I can tell you from my experience, if you become Dr. Daos patient, you will experience a quality and continuous care. He always explains to me the process and the options of every dental procedure before he starts any work. He listens to any concerns and answers any questions citing research and latest dentistry trends. Last year I did Invisalign through his office and straightened my teeth in about 9 months. Happy with the results now. His staff, especially Angy, is amazing, they know you by name, greet you super friendly, even greet you by name on the phone! This office is a part of a larger dentistry group but at this location there is only one doc - Dr. Stephen Dao. This is what I like there, you do not see a new doc every time. He always review your dental history, explains in details what materials he will be using and compares current state of your teeth to analyze the damage occurred over time. It is a bit of a drive for me but I would not go to any other dental office - happy with the dental care and customer service at that location.

Dr. Stephen. He's pretty cool and the best thing was that he shows me my cavities and explains how he would fix them. Basically gives me details of the problems and solutions. He was patient and would answer all my questions. I've been going for the past 2 years and I still have nothing to complain about. And honestly I'm pretty picky.
