Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Staff & dentsit/ortho are all very friendly. Children's dentist works especially well with kids, that was a huge plus for us! Only downside is wait time to he seen is always long.

The whole team from the front desk to the doctors are incredible. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. Jen at the front desk is so warm and friendly! She was very accommodating and got me scheduled for my appointment very quick and efficient. I had a deep cleaning with Cody and he is a true expert. I was skeptical at first to go with the deep cleaning option but after the team explained the benefits it made sense. My teeth look so good and my breath is so much better (maybe tmi but it's important). The reason we went with a deep teeth cleaning was to rule out some issues I was having and it was way overdue since I've been pregnant 3x and never did that. Before they go forward with any service, staff from the front desk will come in the room to explain what your insurance covers and if there are any additional costs. Everything is very straightforward and there are no surprises. Dr. Bechay is a true tooth God. He listened to my concerns and carefully examined my teeth. During the process he was explaining everything so I was aware of what was going on. He had a busy calendar but it never felt like he was rushing with me. I had a root canal done 4 years ago at a different dentist office and I've had so much discomfort and thanks to Dr. Bechay he found the real issue of what was going on in that area. Modern dentistry is the perfect description of this office! Everyone is so knowledgeable and the technology is very cool and up-to date.

Best Dentist office in America if you ask me. Great staff, friendly and competent. Dr. Trevor is highly skilled and professional. They can do it all you could have no teeth, or decaying teeth and walk out with an amazing smile, they're that awesome. You're safe in their hands.

The male office manager is dishonest. He didn't do the thing he promised. Plus, they charged me way way high though I didn't have an insurance. They ripped me off. They told me their machine are all updated ones, but they used very big size old fashion impression tray. It doesn't fit my small mouth. They didn't use enough topical anesthesia, so during operation, my tooth star pain very bad. They didn't add another anesthesia to continue. It hurt my tooth so bad. They charged me more than $5800. Ridiculous.

This was my first experience at this dental office, it was a pleasant surprise compared to other offices I visited in the past. Noell and Vanessa at front desk were very kind throughout the check in process. Cody, who was my Hygienist, was great at his job and Dr. Arsany Bechay was very informative about my dental visit. Highly recommend these folks for any of your dental needs.

Been going here 2 years and every visit has been a positive experience. On one of my first visits I got a crown for my front tooth which was long overdue from an injury I got when I was a kid. The crown looks super realistic that I forget it's a fake tooth myself. The staff is overall very professional and inviting unlike most other offices I've been to. They also have the fastest wait times out of any doctor's office that I been to. Highly recommend

I wanted to give this dentistry zero review!!! Here is the story! I made a loan for a one-tooth implant starting from 10/26/2021. An assistant manager kind of woman at the front desk showed me the one-implant original price ($6,658.00), but she gave me the final total cost of the loan $5,811.20 because she said in-house dentistry discount. She made me an electrical sign for the original price of $ 6,658.00. And later she made me sign again for $ 5,811.20. At that time, she told me to rest assured that this price difference would change on the system. And she said the total bill was $ 5,811.20. After that, I received my first bill from the Smile Generation that this dentistry has. The invoice showed the original price of $ 6,658.00 instead of $ 5,811.20. I visited the dentist's office and told her about it. And she promised me a refund of $846.80 ($6,658.00-$5,811.20) A few days later, when I logged in to my Smile Generation account, I was able to confirm the refund, but the refund amount was -$ 651.25 instead of the full difference of -$ 846.80. I again visited the dentist 3 times and complained about it. Every time I visited, she promised to refund the difference of -$195.55 ($ 846.80-$651.25). However, I couldn't confirm the refund after a month, so I visited the dentist again. She again said she would refund it. But nothing happened. I went to the dentist at least 5 to 6 times and made a complaint. This was wasting my time. It was already 3 months passed. Never refund. In the end, I talked to the office manager on 1/26/2022. He confirmed the final difference of $195.55 in the system in front of me and my wife. He promised he would process the refund. but he said it would take a month. (I doubt why it took so long. It's impossible.) because the first refund ($651.25) I could confirm was just a few days... but he said a month. I tolerated and agreed with what he said. I waited and waited. However, even after a month of 2/26/2022, the refund of $ 195.55 had not been confirmed yet. It was already 4 months passed. I decided to contact the Dental Board of California. Thomas Trevor is the main dentist and CEO of dentistry. He has the responsibility. I emailed him directly. I told him that I assumed that his staff (manager and the assistant kind of woman are cheating patients like this and they use the difference of the amount for their own money) I contacted lawyers and they gave me several advice. I also decided to give a bad rate about this dentistry. This is CEO's management issue. He needs to control his office manager and his assistant. They are very fishy. They are not sincere. I emailed this dentist 3 times but never replied. Very irresponsible after all... My last day of the dental appointment was 2/12/2022. At the time, money -$195.55 was not refunded. The Dental Board of CA (DBC) emailed me back and care about this matter. They mailed me in the middle of March 2022. Waited and waited... I finally confirmed -$195.55 in my smile generation account on 4/1/2022. It took more than 5 months. What is this!!! I am sure that they never refunded me if I did not contact DBC. Also, I asked for my teeth cleaned. They showed me the total price of $1381.00 with so many service items. It's so expensive just asking for only regular cleaning. I didn't need to have such a deep cleaning. I asked the fishy manager that I just wanted to do the regular teeth cleaning. Then he said they wouldn't give me the cleaning. I needed to do a $1380.00 cleaning. I am sure this dentist, especially the tricky and swindler manager there... ripped patients off! Please be careful all!

This office is by far the best!!! My 4 year old son went for the 1st time and I was impressed with how patient they were with him. My son said he cannot wait to go back to the dentist he had so much fun. They made his visit look effortless. I am totally scared of the dentist and so is my husband, but we have become so comfortable with going for cleaning and everything else. The hygienist Cody and Elnaz are the best!!! Both make you feel so at ease with no sense of fears. I had my teeth cleaned by Cody and he was so gentle I forgot he was cleaning my teeth, I did not feel a thing. My husband had a deep cleaning done by Elnaz and she went above and beyond to make sure he was well taken care of. He struggles with blood pressure and do not take his meds like he should, so when she seen it up she did not let him leave the office until it went down. She even called him after he was home to be sure he was ok and had taken his meds. JUST AMAZING!!!!!

This is my second go round with braces. And I like this office, I did a good amount of research and I'm glad I chose the Corona Hills office. It is always upbeat and friendly, and I feel comfortable trusting them with my dental and Ortho care. Dr. Chau is awesome and Patricia is my favorite. She's great at making sure my wires are cut properly and I don't have sores in my mouth. She gentle yet quick, professional yet friendly. I always laugh when I'm here. The front office staff is also friendly and accommodating and coming here just makes an overall scary dental experience comfortable each time I walk through the door.

I started going to this Dental office -- after my PREVIOUS dentist in different company and location STOPPED accepting my California Medicare provided insurance! At first I was really upset that I was forced to look for a new dentist. BUT!! THAT didn't last long!! Turns out that it was a HUGE blessing!! Not only does this Dental company accept my insurance. BUT they're a brand new office. Have ALL the latest, modern equipment. Technology and trained staff!! Absolutely LOVE going to this place. And, YES. The Dental Assistant is absolutely unbelievable, TOO. Gental. Thorough. Listens to all my concerns and more. If give this place 100 *'s if I could!!!

I have visited many dentist in LA county, Riverside County, San Diego County and in Florida, by far this was the best service I have experienced. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Patrick Kamgang was very honest, insightful and friendly. I didn't catch the name of the gentleman that cleaned my teeth, he was very friendly and gentle with my deep cleaning. Overall this is the best experience at a Dentist I have had in my life. Most definitely recommend to everyone and will be coming back.

I'm excited to have found a one stop hassle free dental care office. The dentist quickly identified the problem and delivered exceptional and satisfactory results. They offered financing options and diverse treatment options. I did not have any pain or discomfort during treatment. I strongly recommend this Dental Office.

I have anxiety & TMJ due to my Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. My dental hygienist, Chris, was simply wonderful tonight during my cleaning. He spoke calmly, allowed me to sit up, have lots of breaks, was mindful of the light and gently reminded me to breathe. It was as if he knew exactly how to help me calm down. The day before; during my X-Rays the technician was likewise fantastic. He was engaging, funny and obviously loves his job. It was as if we were old friends. The entire staff was friendly and happy - makes you forget you're at the dentist. . I also appreciated my consult with my Dentist, Patrick, who was professional, honest and provided sound advice. He answered all of my questions and I look forward to following through with his direction. He had great suggestions for my TMJ and didn't try to upsell me which is why I say, honest. High marks all around!
