My name is Dr. Austin H. Wang. I was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and have had the opportunity to experience a wide range of life experiences in various states around the country (Ohio, New York, Arizona, Kentucky and Illinois) prior to finding my home in Concord New Hampshire. Im a Board-certified Periodontist, and received my undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Illinois Urbana/Champaign,College of Liberal Arts & Sciences. I received my Doctorate in Dental Surgery degree from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry and completed my residency training at the University of Louisville, School of Dentistry in Louisville Kentucky. My specialty training allowed me the opportunity to further my research experience and complete my thesis work on developing a progression rate index in the study of periodontal disease. I earned my Masters degree in Oral Biology along with my specialty certification in 1996. Upon completion of my specialty training, I had the pleasure of teaching as a part-time clinical professor at the University of Illinois, College of Dentistry for 7 years and acting as Periodontal Section Head for the General Practice Residency program at the Illinois Masonic Hospital Dental Clinic. I, along with my wife, Tracey acquired the periodontal office in July of 2002 and have had the pleasure of working with many superb dentists in New Hampshire area and providing highest level of care possible for our mutual patients.
I am a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and belong to a number of organizations: American Academy of Periodontology, Academy of Osseointegration, Dental Anesthesia Society, American Dental Association, Hew Hampshire Dental Society and the Concord Dental Society. I had the honor of serving as an executive Board Member on the Concord Dental Society from 2007 to 2011, with my final year as a Concord Dental Society President.
I have devoted my professional career to all aspects of Periodontal practice with special interests in the treatment of cosmetic gum procedures, reconstructive gum and bone procedures, implant therapy for tooth replacement and laser therapy. To keep abreast of the latest developments in periodontics and implantology, I have always exceeded the continuing education requirements of the state of New Hampshire, the American Academy of Periodontology and the American Dental Association.
My name is Dr. Tracey M Vest. I was born in Nashville, Tennesee and raised in central Kentucky. Im a Board-certified Periodontist who received my undergraduate degree in Biology and a minor in English from Centre College of Kentucky and my Doctorate in Dental Medicine degree from the University of Lousiville School of Dentistry. I completed my periodontal residency at University of Louisville, School of Dentistry while completing my masters degree in oral biology in conjunction with my specialty training. I, along with my husband and partner, Dr. Austin Wang, acquired the practice in July of 2002. I am a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and belong to a number of other dental organizations including: American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Asscociation, Hew Hampshire Dental Society and the Concord Dental Society.
I believe strongly in the importance of the future and learning and served as an assistant clinical professor at the University of Illinois College of Dentistry from 1998 until 2003 in addition to my own clinical practice in the Chicago area and I continue to teach as a visiting lecturer at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry to the periodontal graduate students.

My hobbies include reading,writing, traveling and keeping active along with spending quality time with my family. Ive been married since June of 2000 to my husband, Austin, with whom I have two wonderful daughters: Isabella and Alexa.

Nothing but positive. I was in need of periodontal care plus extractions. Literally every point of contact from front desk to hygienists to Dr Wang were on point. They have turned my dental health around in a kind and understanding manner. Highly recommend. A++

I was seen early for an appointment that Dr Wang made for me on the weekend. I was treated very well and my surgery went smoothly and I was given easily understood postop instructions. I highly recommend Cornerstone Periodontics and Implants as a very well run practice.

Dr. Wang is outstanding! He is thorough, skilled and gentle. His assistants are also very competent and caring. The receptionists are friendly and very helpful. I have had several procedures at Cornerstone Periodontics and would return if the need arises.

Cornerstone made every effort to make my tooth extraction and implant a positive experience. Everyone was friendly and professional. Appointments were always on time and kept brief but I never felt rushed. I would return to them if I ever need another procedure like this again.

Cannot imagine going anywhere else. Dr. Wang is incredibly talented and I've had numerous implants after a local dentist ruined my teeth. (Thankfully he's left the area to do his damage elsewhere!)
