Dr. Anderson completed his undergraduate training studying Biology at Walla Walla College, Washington. He then spent the next eight years at Loma Linda University located in Southern California completing a Doctorate of Dental Surgery, General Practice Residency, and a 3 year program in Periodontics and Implant Surgery. While in residency, he completed his Master of Science research using Cone Beam Computed Tomography. He currently practices in East Amherst using cone beam computed tomography, digital impressions, and 3D printing to improve outcomes in implant surgery. Dr. Anderson is the current president of the Niagara County Dental society and a recent member of the 8th District executive counsel. He is currently a member of the 8th District Dental Society, American Dental Association, American Academy of Periodontics, and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology.

Dr. Lisa Yerke brings her private practice experience and strong educational background to Cornerstone Periodontics and Dental Implants. She maintains a faculty position at the University of Buffalo which allows her to continue her passion of teaching and research while serving in private practice, enabling her to offer advanced, exceptional, patient centered care.

Dr. Yerke began her training locally at Canisius College, where she excelled academically allowing her the privilege of an early acceptance into the School of Dental Medicine at the University of Buffalo through a joint B.S./D.D.S. program. She then specialized through continued training at the Eastman Institute for Oral Health, earning a certificate in periodontics and implant surgery.After working in private practice in Rochester, she pursued her continued interest in research and teaching and completed her Masters in Oral Science at the University at Buffalo, with her thesis focused on the interaction between bacteria and fungi in oral biofilms. Her current research is concentrated on the effects of chronic systemic diseases andmedications on the severity of periodontal disease.

Dr. Yerke is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association,8thDistrict Dental Society, Erie County Dental Society, Academy of Osseointegration, ITI Study Club, UB Alumni association, and International Association for Dental Research/American Association for Dental Research. She is certified in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

When not in the office, Dr. Yerke enjoys long distance running and training for marathons, kayaking, cooking, snowshoeing in Ellicottville, watching the Sabres, playing violin, listening to live music, and spending time with her friends, family, and kitten, Napa.

Dr. Ryan D. Corbelli, a Western New York native, earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Canisius College, Magna Cum Laude. He continued his education at the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, obtaining his Doctor of Dental Surgery. While at UB, he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) National Dental Honor Society. Dr. Corbelli received advanced education in Periodontics at an accredited, 3-year residency program at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. There, he earned his specialty certificate in Periodontics and trained in the full scope of periodontal and dental implant surgery in addition to conscious IV sedation. These procedures include soft tissue grafting, crown elongation, osseous surgery, bone grafting, ridge augmentation, sinus augmentation, full-arch dental implants, guided implant surgery and more. Dr. Corbelli maintains memberships in the American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, and other local dental societies.

Dr. Corbelli is both excited and humbled to return home and give back to the community that has given him so much. He is committed to providing a positive dental experience for all of his patients. During his free time, he enjoys watching/playing sports (Go Bills!), working out, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Julie isthe Marketing Director at Cornerstone Periodontics and Dental Implants. With a Bachelor in Marketing Communications from Buffalo State College, Julie is utilizing her 15+ years of sales and marketing to create brand awareness in their local community. Through her extensive marketing, Julie uses her resources and creative talent to thank their current patients and provide a more welcoming environment. Julie facilitates communication with referring dentists and patients to get a better understanding of how Cornerstone Periodontics can meet their specific goals. In conjunction with their designer, Julie has redesigned the office logo, business cards, pamphlets & post cards and the newly designed office website that is now up and running. Stay tuned for some upcoming events this season! In her spare time Julie enjoys traveling and spending time with her family!

Renee joined the Cornerstone Periodontics team in 2019. Rene is also a certified Dental Hygienist and earned her degree at ECC Dental School You may have seen Renee in the area before, as the Pediatric Clinical Manager for Growing Smiles (Pediatric Dentistry) Renee brings a variety of experience in not only clinical coverage, hiring, interviewing, trainingand management. Although she has loved working with children, she is enjoying her new position as Patient Coordinator, learning the world of periodontics, new technology and dental implants! She is the first face our patients see when they come through the doors & our patients love her! In her free time, Renee loves spending time outdoors, hiking and biking & spending time with her two sons!

Meaghan joined the Admin team of Cornerstone Periodontics and Dental Implants in 2020. With having a prior background of Dental Assisting of over 12 years experience and graduating from Ontario Canada in 2009, Meaghan brings front of the house as well as back of the house experience to the practice. Meaghan moved from Canada to Buffalo New York in 2018, loves spending time exploring the world with her husband and son Kelley.

Melissa's experience in the Nursing Home and Health Insurance Industries brings with her a skill set to provide patients with compassion and comfort. Her experience in these areas gives assurance that their needs and concerns are being addressed from the first phone call and continuing on during the patient's dental treatment with Cornerstone Periodontics.

Many patients are uneasy about going to the dentist and having any kind of treatment done; they desperately want to have a healthy smile again and feel good about their oral health. I hope to be able to calm some of their fears and provide them with the reassurance they need to obtain the goals they are looking for.

I graduated from ECC in 2011 as a Dental Hygienist and I enjoy time helping our patientsobtain a healthy smile. I enjoy pending time camping hiking ,traveling and relaxing with my friends and family. I also have a set of twins that keep us on our toes!

By Providing comprehensive dental treatment to my patients, I can help to maintain long term stability of their periodontal tissues. My goal is to deliver oral hygiene instructions and demonstration, assisting my patients in regaining and maintaining their oral health.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my amazing family. My two children keep me very busy and on my toes. I love to volunteer at their school and help out anyway I can. Reading and baking are some of my favorite ways to relax.

Eileen graduated from Erie community college school of dental hygiene in 2010. She has worked in the general, pediatric and periodontal field of practice. Eileen loves her career as a dental hygienist and has recently been introduced as our Implant coordinator. She is compassionate and listens to her patients needs and wants. Her goals are to help her patients reach their optimal oral health. Outside of work, Eileen enjoys traveling and relaxing at her cabin in Ellicotville with her husband, four children and one grandson. She also loves hiking with her very spoiled dogs.

I joinedCornerstone Periodontics & Dental Implants in 2021 and I am very excited to expandmy horizons working with such a great team!I bring years of experience from private practice as well as many years in education. I graduated from the Universityat Buffalo School of Dental Medicine Periodontal department specializing in dental hygiene, surgical dental assistingand adjunct clinical instructor. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends, gardening, camping and complaining about winter.

I assist the Dr. and the Hygiene department. I do a lot behind the scenesto make sure the office runs smoothly. I've been a dental assistant for 16 years and in perio for the last 10 years. I have gotten to know our patients on a personal level, and have had the privilege to learntheir likes and dislikes. I look forward to makingthemfeel comfortable when they come in andmost look for me when they come in.

In my free time I like to scrapbook. I like country music,I love football season, participate in a fantasy football league. I love to babysit my grand-puppy Roxy. Most of all, I love spending time with my family; my husband Barry and my two sons Travis and Cody... My parents, my in-laws and all my brothers and sisters.

Emily joined Cornerstone Periodontics and Dental Implants in 2021. She is a 2016 graduate of Niagara County Community College with a degree in Surgical Technology. Emily is very dedicated to helping people achieve a happy, healthy smile. In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her cat Nala!

Kaeley joined Cornerstone Periodontics and Dental Implants in 2021, as a Surgical Dental Assistant. Kaeley attended Niagara Falls Culinary Institute in 2012 for Hospitality Management. 'What I love most about my job is seeing our patients transform from barley smiling and hiding - to a contagious grin from ear to ear!'

Outside the office, Kaeley loves to explore the city of Buffalo and all the amazing food and restaurants the 716 has to offer. Cooking for family and loved ones is one of her favorite hobbies. Kaeley also enjoys kayaking, camping and snowboarding in the winter with her Husky who is always along for the ride!

Once a thorough diagnosis is achieved, many options exist that eliminate disease and can regenerate lost tissue.

After a thorough examination, Dr. Anderson will let you know if you are a good candidate for new healthy gums.
