Every day, I have a chance to make people smile, while creating their new smile; what could be better? I love being an orthodontist. I know how a healthy and beautiful smile changes the way people feel about themselves and how they interact with those around them. On a daily basis, I get to improve peoples lives by helping them develop a confident, incredible smile one that will last a lifetime.

The field of orthodontics is continually changing and advancing. Continuing education enhances my knowledge and skills through research, product innovation, and peer collaboration in order to provide my patients with the best possible orthodontic treatment. I pursue continuing education courses throughout the year, every chance I get, becauseI am passionate about learning.

As a small practice, we have been able to create a team that is dedicated, committed, and a fun to be around! We have been fortunate to have women who give 100% everyday, no matter what is going on in their personal lives. They are genuine, caring, and truly serve everyone that comes into our doors! I am honored to work with each of these women, and they challenge me to be a better person every day.

I was lucky enough to marry my high school sweetheart, Jessica. She works here in the practice. We have three amazing children: Tucker, Jersey, and Cooper. When Im not in the office, chances are I am with my family, especially enjoying time outdoors. If Im not with them, I can likely be found on the golf course, jet skiing, or camping.

I also enjoy volunteering at our church, where I am able to make healthy, real relationships. I value relationships that encourage and support my role as husband, father, leader, and businessman. I am lucky to have men that I get to surround myself with who challenge me in these areas, and with whom I can golf, vacation, or spend time at the lake.

I find great joy in seeing my community thrive. I am active in providing a home for foster care, volunteering at my church, and organizing and participating in fundraising events for non-profits that we support. Some of these include Big Brothers Big Sisters, Redeem United, Arc Park, Care Portal, and local schools. I believe that we are to be generous with the resources we have been given.

I have the awesome opportunity to work in the same office as my husband! I am usually behind closed doors, taking care of financials, insurance, and tons of other fun stuff! I love working in a practice where everything we do is focused on our patients. Making sure they have a wonderful orthodontic experience and emerge with a healthy, breathtaking smile is the passion of everyone here.

Dr. Johnson and I have three kids who are very involved in sports and activities. We love to spend time as a family outdoors. Much of our time is spent watching sporting activities, going to the area lakes, camping, and seeking adventures wherever we can find them! We are also involved in many community events. I love to spend the time I have been given helping others, especially those in the foster care system and the underserved.

I love making a difference in the way people view themselves, and giving them a reason to smile. Its a joy to watch our patients change along with their smiles: the boost to their self-confidence as their teeth straighten is amazing. I schedule patient visits to ensure we have a smooth flow with minimal wait time and that everyone has plenty of time with the doctor. I also handle our social media and create fun graphics to market our nonprofit drives to help our community.

I grew up in Collyer, Kansas. My husband Luke and I have two daughters, MaKayla and Kaytlin. We enjoy being outside at our family farm, swimming,mountain hiking/adventures, competition cheer, softballand spending as much time with friends and family as possible.

I love watching the amazing transformations in our patients from start to finish. Their confidence boost at the end of treatment is always a bonus! I spend my days delivering one-to-one care for our patients under Dr. Johnsons direction. I also offer chairside assistance when needed, to help the doctor and ensure our patient is relaxed and comfy. We have an amazing team vibe where we all just know each other and are there to help no matter what needs done. Its amazing to work in a place where you know your teammates will always be there to help!

I love getting to know each patient on a personal level and seeing the transformations each patient goes through from beginning to end and the confidence that builds through it all. I provide chairside assistance to Dr. Johnson, to support him and our patients. I so appreciate the bond I have with each and every team member. Everyone is so easy going and we make an amazing team!

I am a native of Hill City, as is my husband Jamie, but we have lived in Hays for 25 years. We have a son Trent who will be a freshman in high school this year. We enjoy going to any and all sporting activities that our son is in and we love supporting our hometown FHSU Tigers at basketball and football games! We love spending time at the lake camping as well. Time with family and friends is what is most important to me!

For patients who live out of town, we offer same-day start treatments, saving an additional trip to the office.
