Broken trust. One of two dental implants with Dr. Forshey failed. I went through the painful process of having cadaver bone put in and subsequently yanked out because it only partially fused to my jawbone. Disappointed, but I was impressed by her generosity and integrity (or so I thought) -- she told me to my face that if I ever got a bridge instead to let her know and she'd refund part of my money since I paid for a dental implant I didn't get to keep. I called in December to say I was getting the bridge. I got a voicemail from ABBY: "Dr. Forshey did say that she can refund the amount you paid for tooth number 30..." and she included the dollar amount down to the cents. I still have the transcript & recording of this voicemail. I called again after getting my bridge appt scheduled and she asked if I wanted a check or a credit on my card. Appreciatively, I said, "Whatever is easiest for you." She said she'd check. After not hearing back and already paying the dentist for my bridge work, I called Cornerstone again. This time Abby was adamant that Dr. Forshey is NOT going to refund any money, that she never agreed to that, and I must've been told wrong by someone who's no longer with the practice. Completely untrue. I told her and I emailed Dr. F that I had a record of the promise of a refund (I was not at all nasty about it), and they ghosted me. I had that money worked into my budget and now am figuring out what I have to do without. Their deception and unkind treatment revealed what kind of practice they're actually running. Stay away.

I had a horrible experience at this office. I had complications 3 weeks after my wisdom removal, while my family was out of town. Jennifer Forsche, the main "doctor", ripped my phone from my hands and hung up while my mother was on the other end waiting to speak to her. She said I was looking for attention from my mother, and that I was being a "child". This is completely unprofessional. She made it out to be my fault that I was in pain. Even if it was, its her job as a doctor to aid me in the healing process. She answered no questions regarding my healing and never informed me on what procedure she was going to be doing. Pure evil. Please do not go to this office, there are many better places.

Horrible, horrible, horrible the way "Dr." Jennifer Forshey treats her patients. I do not recommend sending young adults or children to see her. This will most likely be deleted, but I'll keep writing reviews.

If your child is anything other than neurotypical, this is not the place for you. Dr. Forshey is a great doctor, but unfortunately, has no patience. My child, on the spectrum, flinched when she approached with a large syringe (that he assumed was a needle). She did not give any warning or explanation beforehand. And got very irritated that he pulled away. She told him he was too old to act like this! We will not be returning.

I really should've known better than to call them up, I went there twice--once for me and once for my son who needed two teeth pulled when he was only 6. The first time I went, I told the doctor that I could still feel it when she went to pull my tooth out and she scoffed and said I couldn't, that I was just nervous. She then gave me more novacaine, but insisted on using laughing gas as well "for my nerves". I didn't want it, but she strongly insisted and the laughing gas made me ill. Once the additional novacaine set in, I couldn't feel the tooth being pulled out, but felt horrific due to the laughing gas. When my son went, it was his dentist who sent the referral and so I didn't have a choice in where to go. They told me I couldn't be in the room with him or even stay until he was out and couldn't come back in until he was awake. Waking up without me really scared him, which caused him to have anxiety over the dentist for the next two years. He's finally now getting over it. So then the last straw was recently I had an infected tooth that hadn't been bothering me, but apparently got cracked and infected. I called them up to schedule an appointment with them in early March, they told me that the dentist sprained her ankle and so all appointments were being cancelled that week and the next available appointment wasn't until April 10th. Okay, I understand and agreed when the staff told me I should go elsewhere. My issue though was that when I asked if they had a recommendation, I was told "Oh no, we can't recommend our competition." That right there told me they cared more about money than they did their patients. I've never had that before and have been given recommendations when someone couldn't help me. I went to Dr. Chasen instead and was treated quickly, efficiently and by a friendly staff and doctor who listened to me. I'll definitely go back to him, but I'm never going back here!!

Both times I came here was awful. I am a HIGH anxiety dentist patient. I have no problem with my actual dentist because they are understanding but when I came here the office manager Trisha was nasty. She was yelling at me which escalated the situation. This was on the day of my consult. Now tell me why on the day of my surgery she got in my face knowing that I'm a high anxiety patient and was on valium to even make it to the office. Why knowing that I had anxiety and was scared would you get in my face and be yelling about making another appointment even after I said I couldnt. She shoved and xray in my face and made sure she proved her point. Why are they allowed to be this rude to patients, especially ones they know are scared and uncomfortable already. There is no sense of professionalism at all in this establishment. I called in asking to speak to the actual dr, and Trisha answered laughed in my face and said shes doesnt want to talk to you without even telling the dr I called. How very unprofessional.

I took three of my kids to see Jennifer to have their wisdom teeth extracted. By far the best and quickest and friendliest experience we have encountered in the medical field. Highly recommended

Such a pleasant experience from start to finish. The staff is wonderful and made my 5 year old son feel so comfortable. He wasn't afraid in the least bit. Thank you for being so amazing.

My dentist sent me here to have my wisdom teeth removed asleep. My dentist wouldn't take them out said too hard. I don't remember a thing about the whole event. That was my goal. To know nothing. Absolutely nothing. And I healed great even as a smoker.

My wife has had a couple of procedures done at Cornerstone, and we wouldn't go anywhere else. It's important to note that the office is almost a 90 minute drive for us. But the simple truth is that Dr. Forshey is highly skilled and has a great bedside manner, and we'd drive further. My wife is not a fan of any dental work, but Dr. Forshey and her staff successfully put my wife's mind at ease... they really are that good. We found everyone there to be welcoming, informative, friendly, and knowledgeable. There was very little wait time before the procedure (3 tooth extractions), and the procedure itself seemed quick. My wife had no complications at all, and was back to work the next morning. The office staff followed-up the next day to see how she was doing, and we've already scheduled the implants. We highly recommend Dr. Forshey and Cornerstone Oral Maxillofacial.

I've had teeth extracted by Dr Forshey and so have both my kids. Each was a great experience. Look around her office! Its beautiful and impressive. Dr Forshey is an ivy league grad and best of baltimore. My daughter is super high maintenance and my son a cry baby. No drama for either. I highly, highly recommend her.
