Dr. Lillian Pham grew up in Springfield, Massachusetts and graduated with a bachelors degree in Biochemistry from Simmons College. She then went to Tufts University School of Dental Medicine for her Doctorate degree. While enrolled at Tufts, she received the Honos Civicus Award which recognizes students who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to civic engagement and leadership during their studies. Following her belief in giving back to the community, she has provided dental needs for Special Olympic participants and volunteered with Dentists for Humanity to provide dental care to the underserved community in Haiti. She loves helping others in the best ways that she can.
Dr. Lillian is an active member of the Massachusetts Dental Society and the American Dental Association. She provides quality dentistry for her patients, caring for both adults and children. Outside her professional activities, Dr. Lillian likes to travel, cook, exercise, and spend time with her family.
Cindy began working as a Dental Assistant in 2005. Cindy was Dr. Walz right hand lady, however she has now taken on the role of office manager for Cornerstone Kids Dentistry and Dental Studio Associates. She has a strong knowledge of dentistry, which not only helps in this role, but aids patients in understanding their treatment plan and finanaces. She attended and graduated from Our Lady of the Elms with a BA in Science in 2009. Then we saw her marry her high school sweetheart in 2012. We then saw her welcome her children soon after. In her spare time she loves spending time with her family, doodling, and traveling down south to see the rest of her family.
Gina started working in the dental administration field in 2010. She has such a fun and bubbly personality. We are so lucky to have her apart of our team! Gina is our insurance guru! She has made such an impact on our office and we couldn't imagine what it would be without her. Her knowledge and understanding of billing and insurance helps not only the staff, but each and every patient. When not in the office Gina enjoys scrap-booking and spending time with her husband and two children.
Michelle is a whiz behind the front desk! She has many years of experience in the dental field and will be able to help answer your scheduling and insurance questions confidently. In her spare time, Michelle loves to spend time with friends and family at the beach. If you notice a beautiful bouquet of roses by our front desk, you can bet they were from Michelle's hubby! She receives a new bouquet every month on their first date anniversary!
Julia graduated from Springfield Technical Community College in 2018. She has an awesome personality, which helps make our patients visits run smoothly and efficiently. She has a great connection with her patients, especially with the kiddo's. Julia is always smiling and laughing which helps make the kids have a better experience at the dentsit. We are so lucky to have Julia apart of our awesome CKD team! When not in the office, Julia loves spending time with her family and friends.
Sage recently joined our team in 2019! She graduated as a Registered Dental Hygienist from the Dental Hygiene Program at Springfield Technical Community College. She has a bubbly, and out going personality! She is great with patients of all ages. Sage really enjoys learning and furthering her education to help treat all her patients to the best of her ability. She loves helping other and meeting new people. In her spare time she enjoys yoga, being outdoors, and spending time with her family and friends!
Emily graduated from Cape Cod Community College in 2013. She was born and raised in Western Mass and has been practicing as a dental hygienist for seven years in the area. Emily has been a great addition to our CKD team! She is well educated in oral hygiene. Emily has a fun and bubbly personailty, which matches so well with the kids at CKD. In her down time, you can find her on the bike path or spending time with her family and friends.
Sam graduated from the Dental Assisting Program in the spring of 2020. You can find Sam being Dr. Lillians right hand lady, while making your childs visit as calm and fun as possible! She is a great asset to our CKD team! Outside of the office Sam loves baking, crafting and spening time with her shiba inus Ellie and Loki!
Alex served in the military for 7 years as a Dental Specialist. She traveled to Morocco and Trinidad on humanitarian missions to provide dentistry services to impoverished communities that would normally not have access to dental care. After her military service, she focused on her family as a stay at home mom to her three children. Her current role as a dental assistant at Cornerstone Kids Dentistry has combined her love for children and her passion for dentistry. In her spare time, she loves traveling to the Cape with her family. She is a big dog lover and has rescued two Golden Retrievers over the past few years.

An amazing children's dentist ! My children love coming here for their routine cleaning's. The staff are amazing with the kids. My daughter recently had a tooth pulled, and she (and I) were so worried about the procedure. The staff were excellent with her. She was so calm and it went smoothly. She told me as we were leaving she had fun:)

This is how All Pediatric Dentists should be. Friendly environment. Very nice people. They talk to the kids about what is happening. They care about the comfort of their patients. They allow a parent to go back with them (unlike our last fiasco of a pediatric dentist) I am so happy and pleased to have found this place!!

I cannot recommend this practice enough. Both of my 6 year old children go here and both of the dentists are amazing. Dr. Fallon is incredibly knowledgeable in the entire pre-orthodontic process. My daughter has an overbite and a very small pallet in addition to a tongue and lip tie. She recommended myotherapy, which is tongue therapy, to get her ready for her tongue and lip frenectomy, in addition to the healthy start program. She has been so clear and easy to understand from the start! The healthy start program is orthodontics for small children. (This is a very basic explanation of the process.) In my opinion, the myotherapy was a fundamental step in whole process. My daughter healed so beautifully from the frenectomy and there was very little resistance from her, compared to my son who had his done a few months prior. Dr. Fallon recommended the therapist for this whole process. She has also gone above and beyond any dentist I have ever seen before. She even have us her private cell to call/text with any questions or concerns. If you are looking for a dentist who is amazing with kids and patient and clear with the parents, this is the place for you! Go see for yourself!

Such an amazing place!!! My daughters both love it there and look forward to their appts! Couldn't ask for a better hygienist then they have! Leaving this dentist my 9 year old has a tooth that was bothering him couldn't get an apt till the end of June. I called and asked for a record release form and was faxed my remaining balance all of 23.50$ was told records won't be released until this was paid. I was never sent the bill as of yet who runs a children's dentist like this ?

My kids love this place! Before they were afraid go to dentist, after first time, they are love to come here! Very freandly stuff working here. They find personal way to each kid, and small gifts after, that makes my boys want to come back again! Recommend!!!

The staff is wonderful and great with toddlers. They take time to make sure your child is comfortable. They are proactive for problems that may occur in the future. The staff has made it so my daughter loves to go to the dentist. I can't say enough positive things about Cornerstone.

Dr. Stephanie and her staff are amazing. My son has autism and I was worried he would not allow them to examine him or clean his teeth. Not only were they professional, they were so accommodating and caring to his needs! His visit was a success thanks to Dr. Stephanie and her team.

I can not say enough good things about Dr Stephanie and her staff. Everyone always has a genuine smile on their face and they go out of their way to make sure the kids feel comfortable. My daughter is notorious for being difficult at doctor visits and Dr Stephanie and her staff were able to accomplish all they needed to as well as make my daughter smile!! A true testiment to their characters and how much they truly enjoy what they do. I highly recommend Cornerstone to any parent looking for a fantastic dentist!
