Dr. Franklin is an excellent dentist but ever since Sage took over it has been IMPOSSIBLE to get someone on the phone. Are they scared to answer? It's absolutely ridiculous. I have been trying for weeks to get a hold of someone and nobody answers.

Monica, the dental hygienist was thorough, professional and friendly. Holly at the front desk is always patient and knowledgeable about insurance reimbursement, etc. Clean, efficient office!

PATIENT BEWARE! September 22nd I went in for a cleaning with Rachel and was told with my discount insurance plan it would cost me $47. After her probing my gums and making me do a full set of x-rays she then proceeded to tell me it was now going to be a deep cleaning since I had periodontal issues and gingivitus . Neither of those is true. That I would have to come in every 3 months now and do a deep cleaning .She then presented me with a bill for $989 and wanted to proceed with the treatment. I was shocked! I have been having consistent cleanings all through COVID and knew that my gums had not deteriorated. I confirmed that with a specialist a week later. They forwarded my results to their office to show how inaccurate Rachel's findings were.

This is my 3rd visit to Sage Dental. I am lucky to have chosen this place, all of the employees are eager to help or assist you as much as they can. Same to the nurses, they doing a super job in getting your teeth fixed again. Keep doing a super job for your patients. THANK YOU.

Nice office - Thank goodness most of the same staff is there. I do miss the homeiness of the old Cornerstone Dental. It's the staff that makes this practice. Lets hope Sage keeps up the good work.

I paid 159.00 for their discount program for a year and its a sham. They charged me 789.00 for cleaning my teeth will not be going back a big scam if you have no dental insurance you add the two together???

I'm getting a new dental service. The iodine rinse was "forced" on me and then I was charged $27.00! Last time you'll see me at Sage.

This place is a boiler room and maximizing your charges is paramount. My first visit a $1600 crown and root canal. I go back two weeks later hoping to get some filings done, but no it's a 1600 dollar cleaning. Not the cleaning my insurance pays for, but their version as a bonus they want to give me another crown and build up. They can't do the fillings until I pay 3200 dollars for the other first. I finally got up and walked out and will find another dentist

Sage coming in and taking over really ruined it. Most of the staff are rude, because I didn't sign your treatment plan without an explanation first does not call for an attitude and eyeroll. They have new "treatment plans" where its almost like all they're trying to do is make commission vs actually caring for the patients and the relationship. My family & friends that I have referred to them over the years, none of us will not be back. Best to you Dr. Franklin I am sure you will notice all the long term patients (from Waters Ave) start to fall off. Sage is a disaster, what a shame.

This was our first time attending this office as Sage Dental (formerly Cornerstone). Even though the majority of the staff has changed, it was still a pleasant experience (we really loved all the previous staff...). Everyone was friendly and professional and made our dental visit "painless" and as enjoyable as a dental procedure can be....We left with shiny, clean teeth and all smiles!
