Dr. Juan Diaz de Leon grew up in Orem Utah. After highschool he was part of the inaugural mens soccer program at Dixie State University. He then served a full-time mission for his Church in Independence, MO.
Dr. Diaz married his high school sweetheart, Allie, and they have four energetic children and two rambunctious dogs. They enjoy spending time outside and giving back to the community. They are huge sports fans and love supporting all the local teams.
Doctor Diaz is committed to education and is a member of several organizations like, The American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Academy of General Dentistry, the Academy of LDS Dentists and the American Dental Association. Being a part of these organizations help him remain up to date on the most current and advanced procedures including root canals, dental implants, tooth extraction and more so he can provide his patients with the best care possible.
Dr. Alexandrea Clark was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene at Idaho State University and her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at University of Utah. Dr. Clark was an Army dentist for 3 years stationed at Fort Bragg NC. While serving in the Military she completed a 5.5 month humanitarian mission on the USNS Comfort which took her through Central and South America.
Dr. Clark enjoys helping her patients improve their oral health while also improving their smile esthetics. She prides herself on focusing on patient education and her patients comfort while receiving care. In her free time, Dr. Clark enjoys snowboarding, lifting weights, yoga, and spending time with her husband, Andrew and her dog, Karl.

Being someone who has super high anxiety at the dentist, this is the first time in over 10 years I've had work done at ANY dental office Without having a panic attack. The dentist was super professional and did an excellent job explaining every step she was doing on my teeth. Everyone in the office I've interacted with is very friendly and I couldn't be happier with the experiences I've had here.

They hygienists are careful, professional and courteous. I've never had any issues with this company. They offer a good value and are a friendly bunch. Dr Diaz has always done a good job as well.

For my appointment today at Cornerstone Dental everyone was very friendly and professional. I had a great experience from the staff at the front desk, from the hygienist who cleaned my teeth, and from Doctor D who checked my teeth and answered my questions and spent time in friendly conversation with me. The whole office is very clean and comfortable. A great experience!

The staff is always awesome and friendly! Dr Diaz is friendly, very knowledgable and helps put my anxiety as ease. Dr Svensen (Perdontist) is just as friendly and knows his stuff and together they have helped my smile truly shine! HIGHLY RECCOMEND

We are so grateful to have found Cornerstone Dental! In addition to having excellent dentists and hygienists, the office staff is wonderful. Dr. Diaz is the best dentist I've had. His work on my crowns was fantastic. Cornerstone has excellent hours--flexible enough for my crazy work schedule. They are very good to send reminder texts for my appointments. I am so happy with this office!

This was a great place!! I needed immediate attention to get looked at and hopefully get my tooth taken out, and they got me in the next day! Everyone was soo friendly and soo nice and they made me feel safe and taken care of! Would recommend 10/10!!

Have been going to cornerstone dental for 10+ years and can't say enough. Wendy always make you feel welcome when you come in. I have been through Dr. changes and through the transitions there hasn't been any gaps in service smooth transitions! Definitely recommend to friends whenever ask for dentist recommendations!
