For your convenience, we have also implemented modern, time-saving technology. CEREC one-visit crowns eliminate the need for a second visit and offer numerous other benefits. In addition, we can create wax-up models at our in-house laboratory, which shortens the waiting period and ensures quality results. For patients who need multiple procedures in one visit, we offer several methods of sedation, including IV sedation, depending on your unique needs.

This group is dedicated to 5 specific areas: finding homes for the working poor, providing home repair for those who cant afford it, helping other non-profit groups, mentoring children with parents in prison, and supporting the workforce development program, KnoxWorx.
The Down Syndrome Awareness Group of East Tennessee (DSAG), a volunteer-led 501(c)(3) organization, is a parent-initiated organization developed to provide information and support to families of individuals with Down syndrome (DS) and to raise awareness within the community about the abilities of individuals with DS and the benefits of their inclusion into society.

I was initially really nervous about seeing a new dentist for various reasons. But as I was getting the service done, I was beyond shocked at how pleasant Dr. Markinson and the Hygenist were. It was by far the best dental experience I've had in my whole life. The only issue I experienced was that no one told it was a out of network facility. I was not expecting to have pay so much. But, the young lady did also say in the future they can simply bill the insurance flat and have them send me the bill for my portion. As long as the latter holds true, I will be more then happy to keep coming back.

I highly recommend this practice!!! The staff is remarkable! I saw Dr. Williams today and he was so understanding of my pain and he took extra time with me to explain in detail what the xray showed and then I asked him to give me his honest opinion of what to do and he told me. Then he and his staff took immediate action to make it happen!! I am beyond grateful to him and his staff!!

Totally MISLEADING to make extra money from patients. I came in for KOR whitening appointment and was told Specifically that a cleaning was "totally optional", until I Declined cleaning. Hygienist then brought in a Dr. who proceeded to say the cleaning was now Mandatory to make sure I didn't have any extreme sensitivity (the KOR whitening is advertised as having NON sensitive results). Basically they couldn't make extra money for a cleaning that I'd already had done in TX 5 months ago, so they sent me on my way. Refused to do the only specific procedure I scheduled for. Was a loyal customer and had multiple good experiences previously. Will not be coming back

I have been terrified of the dentist since I was a kid and have had some bad experiences in the past. I see Dr Austin Pate and for the first time I'm not a mess before I get to the dentist. He takes extra care to be patient and kind. Love him! I highly recommend this place.

I spent over $10,000 here,but now they want $20,000 more to crown all of my front teeth instead of bonding resin veneers(great,and less expensive). His new office staff is rude after I paid $450 upfront, so-calle" loyalty fee "nonrefundable. He refuses to return my phone calls or communicate. I can honestly recommend it to anyone. If you are young and have a lot of money to spend this is the place for you.

I don't know where to begin! Dr. Stroud and his staff are the most amazing, kind, professional, and caring group of professionals in Knoxville!!!! I have recently changed to a new dentist, due my insurance, out of network, retirement, etc. Well, what a huge mistake!!!! I will not mention names, but I am thoroughly disgusted!! I am literally in tears. I cannot believe the lack of professionalism, lack of attention to detail, disregard for a patients necessities, and the 'rush in/rush out' manner of doing business! I felt like it was a fast food restaurant! This office was not even set up for, what I would consider, an invasive procedure. This involved having a temporary piece being put in my mouth, then having the assistant say it looked good cause you couldn't even see it when I smiled! All I know is I want to go home, back to my fabulous Dr. Stroud and family!!! You are truly missed!!!!

8.2.2022 I'm serious y'all, I have been terrified of the dentist since age 8. Dr. Williams and Chelsea at Cornerstone Dental Arts, are a answer to prayer. SERIOUSLY This is my 3rd visit, and I am no longer frightened of the dentist. Dr Williams is extremely proficient with a bed side manner that is calming. And when he quietly whistles to sooth anxiety that is icing on the cake. LuAnn

This group is incredible. They are the nicest and most helpful (and also the best at what they so) group. They have worked me in when I needed an emergency extraction, they also helped me just today and helped reached out to an Endodontis for an emergency root canal.

Dr Stroud is an amazing dentist. He and the staff (especially Marsha) are phenomenal. I was referred to him by a friend and am so thankful for his expertise and kindness In addition I wanted some orthodontic work and Dr Kimrey and all were fabulous. I did Invisalign and loved how flexible they were through the entire process. Some of the nicest people I've had the pleasure of dealing with.

My family has been seeing the staff at Cornerstone Dental for a number of years and we are always so impressed with their care. The office is immaculate, the staff is always so kind and the dentists speak to you like a friend, not a client. I am a big fan of the massaging dental chairs.... YES PLEASE. Over the last few years we decided to move our children to Cornerstone Dental instead of a pediatric dentist and the staff is AMAZING with small kiddos. My boys enjoy going to the dentist, have no fears about getting their teeth looked at and ALWAYS look forward to the treasure box, new tooth brush and toothpaste afterwards.
