I left the office today without any prescription to treat an infection. Their recomendation is for me to wait 5 days to see a surgeon of their choice to have an implant done. I went to the cliinic to get treated for an infection today. The choice of the professional that will do my implant is mine as well as when I am doing it! Unacceptable to refuse immediate treatment to a patient tryijg to push for a more expensive treatment.

I had all my wisdom teeth pulled at once. The whole process was seem less and expedited, the staff was great and friendly. I will definitely be back for any dental needs in the future.

The office staff and the Endo Doc was super nice. They took great care of me. I especially appreciated how gentle the Doctor was when she did my Root Canal, she kept checking on me to make sure I was ok and nothing was hurting. Ideal Dental will be my go to dental office for years to come.

I have had multiple dentist in the past but never had someone work on removing old crown for 3 to 4 hours and literally batter and pounded my mouth as if it was a slaughter house. I couldn't properly talk and eat for days as my mouth was swollen. After getting the actual crown the sensitivity never went away. I went back to get it checked but figured it is because of the tooth next to it is chipped off. They did the filing for that tooth 2 months earlier. I complained about the fact that they brutalized the tooth next to it with every available tool the last time I was there. They disagreed and said it must have broken because you clinch your teeth, well I do that for 30 years. Basically it is not because of hammering but clinching that happened the same night I got my previous crown. The audacity of it was another person mentioning that it could be because of flossing. If I was flossing that vigorously perhaps wouldn't end up at this dentist at first place. They end up charging me $400+ by putting another crown. End of story and still not sure if it's end of misery. They have gradually started telling me the first crown they did perhaps need a root canal. I have no more words for this place.

The best dentist you could possibly go to. I have a horrible fear of the dentist and severe tmj, and the people who work here are the most kind and accommodating I've ever met. From the receptionists to the dentists/orthodontists, everyone is so incredibly kind and gentle. Love this place:)

Friendly and competent staff, especially Dr. Padua who's done recent crown work on a tooth. Always a good experience here ("good" only because it's hard to saying going to the dentist is a "great" experience lol).

Been with them for a year or 2 I belief and I have no complains, their dental hygienist are always doing a great job and staff always takes care of their admin work for you to have a smooth visit in and out.

The entire team was courteous, professional, efficient, caring, kind. Kristin was my hygeinist and she's great. Doctor Padua is in her seventh year there. and she's great. I never felt rushed, just appreciated. Thank you, Kristin and Doctor Padua...and Gwen at the front desk. What a great team! (This was in 2020.) UPDATE on 9-27-22: From 5 stars to 4 1/2 stars. Make sure you get an appointment with Dr. Padua. Last time I went for routine cleaning the visiting dentist suggested a crown. Six months prior (on a routine cleaning) a different visiting dentist suggested a root canal. I felt like I was being squeezed. Otherwise, everything was great! Including dental hygienist Patrick! But I trust Dr. Padua and will make sure all future appointments are with her.

it took me so such a long time to find a dentist that I can trust and feel comfortable going to this place deserves a 10 from the doctor to the front desk staff. Dr. Pardue is amazing and so is Patrick

New name, new rating. I went back that for a cleaning for the first time since the name changed. They lost a star because for the first time in years, I feel like they were trying to sell my treatments that I didn't need. It's a fine line to recommended things to keep things in good shape and another to hard sell treatments for thousands of dollars with no previous mention that they would be needed.

I just had an excellent experience at Ideal Dental (Cornerstone Dental) in Flower Mound. The staff and Dentists are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They use state of the art technology for a pain free dental experience. I needed a bit of dental work and they were able to get started the same day as my cleaning. I would definitely recommend this office for your dental hygiene care.

The office is conveniently located and appears to be clean and inviting. The reception staff is friendly and welcoming. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and answered. Had minor surgical procedure done and it was extremely fast and pain free. I was well taken care of from the moment I walked into the office until I was wheeled out to my car. A little price confusion, as the price I actually had to pay was significantly cheaper than my initial quote, but no complaints there. I would highly recommend and plan to return if needed in the future.

The staff here is amazing. I'm almost 28 years old, and today was my very first dental visit EVER in my life. They made the experience enjoyable even though I sadly have to have 6 teeth extracted and a few root canals done haha
