Core Physicians

Core Physicians - Pediatric dentist in Exeter, NH
5 Hampton Rd, Exeter, NH 03833

Our fundamental mission is to improve the health of individuals and families in the communities served. As a major provider of primary care services in the region, Core Physicians continues to develop diagnostic and surgical services to meet the increasing healthcare needs of a rapidly expanding population. In addition, specialty care services continue to be added to complement Cores community-based, patient-focused care.

Core Physicians is committed to providing you accessible information to make informed decisions about your health care and about our doctors and services. As part of that commitment, we use a national, standardized survey to measure our patients experiences. This survey is administered by the National Research Corporation (NRC) for outpatient services. A brief 8 question survey is sent to Core Physicians' patients the day after their visit through a text message, email or phone call.

We use the results of these surveys to help improve our services for you. We also share this information directly with you to help you make a more informed decision. These patient surveys offer our patients an opportunity to rate their experiences and share comments, which are then displayed anonymously on our provider profile pages. This allows you to review relevant feedback before selecting a provider.

A participating providers rating will be posted on the site when he/she has a minimum of 30 completed surveys. We post both positive and negative comments from the surveys. We do not post comments that are libelous, slanderous, profane, or otherwise inappropriate or may risk the privacy of our patients.

The ACO is dedicated to promoting improved care coordination, improving patient outcomes and creating a collaborative environment with community partners for our estimated 8,000 Medicare FFS beneficiaries in the program. This approach ensures patients receive high quality, appropriate care from the right provider at the right time by identifying and addressing problems early while also aiming to reduce avoidable Medicare expenditures.

Core Physicians, LLC has a long history of participating in Alternative Payment Models (APMs) such as our participation in the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) dating back to 2014. Taking ownership of the NH Cares ACO is part of our organizational strategy and it continues our journey to better understand how we can deliver improved health outcomes and greater value to our patient populations.

Mission nThe mission of Core Physicians is to improve the health of the community. This mission will be accomplished without compromising Core Physicians’ sustainability principally by the provision of health services and information to the community in collaboration with Exeter Health Resources’ other affiliates which share this mission

Vision nCore Physicians will be recognized as the leader and innovator in its service offerings. That leadership recognition will be derived from the vital and collective relationships formed with patients, colleagues, and the community, and from the commitment and capabilities of each staff member endeavoring to accomplish Core Physicians’ mission

I'm confused to why the reviews are less than 5, although working with the public... I'm truly not... But in my daughters 11 years, and my prior childhood - The receptionist is even the same from my younger days!!! I love this office and their staff. Wish we were still in the Exeter area!

Do not go here, especially if your child has sensory issues and/or a gag reflex. The dental hygienist was extremely impatient (makes you wonder how she got a job working with children) with my son and literally kept jamming the part of the xray receptacle in his mouth, making his teeth ache afterward. He was in pain for one tooth, and they told me he had 4 cavities that needed to be filled, even though I was there for an emergency. They did absolutely nothing at the appointment other than scar my son and try to take me to the cleaners. GET A SECOND OPINION! I can not stress this enough. Luckily, I found an amazing pediatric dentist is Dover called Haas Dental, my son was seen the same day I called and they extracted the tooth for me! P.S. The office at Core Physicians is not kid friendly either, they are literally blocking all the toys with chairs in the waiting room...

We recently had a dental emergency where my young son fell in the evening and knocked a tooth back into his mouth. We were panicked and didn't know what to do. Dr. Jen and her assistant Janice met us in the office at 8 pm and calmly and kindly pulled the tooth. They treated my son with excellent care and were patient with the concerned parents. They immediately put everyone at ease and my son talks happily about his experience despite it being traumatic. I know he will not be afraid to go back in the future and he has healed wonderfully.

Dr. Jen is amazing along with everyone else. Super friendly and they make going to the dentist very calm and fun for young kids. Kids get a coin after the visit for the super cool toy dispenser. They use different wording for things so young ones understand certain things. Definitely recommend this place

I've been seeing a variety of providers in the Core Physicians group for months; new to NH, I needed all new healthcare providers. During a 2-month bout of pneumonia, I saw different PCP/PAs/NPs in their offices and at their weekend clinic next to the Exeter Hospital ED. All competent and kind. What I really like is the connected network among the providers and the hospital; they could all read my test results, notes, medications, etc. I've been happy with referrals to specialists, and continuity of care is excellent. A retired nurse, I'm choosy about my providers!

They canceled my appointment today without notifying me. I had to find child care, then drive 30 minutes to be told my appointment was canceled as the doctor was out sick. I explained that I was not notified and that I wanted to see another doctor since I was there. They could not fit me it. Needless to say I will be finding a new pcp. Avoid this place if you like to be treated with respect.
