Dr. Hazard did very professional evaluation/2nd opinion. On-site 3D scanner is a plus. Highly recommend.

After calling and leaving a message with my contact information multiple time during business hours and different days, I finally got an answer after the fifth try ! But they force you to pay for an other 3D X-RAY even if you have it already done somewhere else and that everything is on a usb key. Advised by my former endodentist, I am very disappointed and I will ask for another contact than this office which wants to charge more than necessary

Dr. Peterson is great. Hardly felt a thing. They answered the questions I had, information about cost was made clear, and they worked diligently to get me out the door and on my way.

Dr. Hazard and her assistant (I wish I could remember her name) were both fantastic! They were so personable and friendly and explained my root canal procedure very well. They gave me a follow up call a week later to see how I was doing. I would definitely give a thumbs up to Core Endodontics.

This particular endodontist (under this new name) may be a fine person and provide fine services. But there needs to be some oversight to this entire profession. Perhaps medicine overall. There is no accountability for any financial quotes or estimates. Mystery bills of hundreds and hundreds of dollars can appear. Insurance has one opinion providers have another. My father always told me that dentistry was a racket.... He paid for a house to save his teeth and ended up with dentures anyway. And we have innumerable matching stories..... The hard part is, once you've gone in and opened your mouth, you have to pay whatever you're told to pay.

They struggled to numb me prior to a procedure (something I've knowingly struggled with) and when I squirmed in pain from the novacaine not working yet, the Dr. said "oh for goodness sakes" in frustration and disbelief I could feel anything. So disgusted he accused me of lying, I got up out of the chair and walked out. They cancelled the appointment and said they weren't going to charge me for anything. Maybe the other doctors are better?

Worst dental experience. Dr.Peterson has horrible bedside manner. As someone coming to them for a first time root canal I would have expected a little more explanation but that was not received. Instead I was brought to tears after being told if I couldn't open my mouth more he wouldn't be able to do the procedure and I would lose my tooth. I have a small mouth and it's something my dentist is able to work with. I wasn't even offered nitrous gas. Do not recommend them.

This is Vicki H. Just wanted to say how pleased I am with the courteous and caring staff that I was fortunate to have "by my side" during the root canal procedure I had last week. If I ever need another root canal I will return to Core Endodontics.

Wonderful front desk staff, I was coming from 2 hours away and they were very helpful. I received excellent care from Dr. Peterson! He is a superior endodontist along with being kind and gentle. Dr. Peterson explained my situation clearly so I understood what was needed. I felt like he cared about me, which is rare in my experience with dentists. This review is a bit late but very sincere. Thank you to Dr. Peterson the front desk team at COOK.

My daughter was scheduled to have a root canal on 1/12/21. Her tooth exploded in the meantime and we had wanted to cancel our appointment. I told them we wished to cancel due to the ruptured tooth very early Monday morning. They insisted that I need to send pictures and consider proceeding with root canal. I sent the pictures. I did not hear back until early afternoon when they said they would like to do the root canal. I again expressed my skepticism about the wisdom of a root canal given the condition of the tooth in question and my daughter's genetically bad teeth. They insisted I keep the appointment and I agreed. They said that I needed to print out, sign and return paperwork by appointment at 8AM. I then got another call at 4 PM informing me that my insurance wouldn't cover and I would need $1850 at time of appointment. I said that wasn't going to work and asked to cancel. I was then offered financing options and again convinced to keep the appointment. By the time I was off the phone my only available place to print the documents was closed for the night. I printed docs at 730 AM 1/12 and began filling out and signing the papers, which were mostly redundant containing information already available from the referring dentist. I received multiple phone calls from 745 until 810 from the office and my daughter that made it impossible to complete the papers quickly. I received a call from my daughter saying they cancelled because I took to long with paperwork as I was composing the email with paperwork. I tried to reason with staff at Core Endo but they refused to keep the appointment despite the fact that the entire situation was fully their responsibility. We were forced to reschedule with a more professional establishment. Core Endo was callous and unprofessional in addition to having the pushy sales tactics of a bad used car dealer. I would avoid them at all costs.

Doctor Yost was very patient and professional. I was very appreciative of the very thorough and detailed explanation of the procedure I needed and it calmed me down and gave me confidence. I called to thank him but front office wouldn't even take my name and seemed not to care.

Like others, I was nervous and had anxieties about my upcoming root canal. Although it was kinda of rough experience, I didn't feel any pain. Dr. Peterson is really good at what he does, the office staff was professional and they make sure you're doing ok throughout the process. Afterwards, I didn't have any discomfort as I took the meds as prescribed. I'd recommend this place.

Dr. Yost, how you managed to perform a root canal through that tiny hole in my crown I will never understand! Well done, sir.

Needed a root canal through a crown. Ugh. Dr. Hazard was amazing, as was her assistant, Rachael. They were so knowledgeable and the communication was first rate. The whole office was helpful and friendly! Best part, no pain! Zero! I was given some extra strength ibuprofen for possible pain and swelling, took one when I got home and never had to take another one. It wasn't even sore or sensitive. These people are true professionals and I highly recommend them. Five stars hands down!

It is my first and could be the last visit to this dental office. It is the worst of how to deal with their patients. All they care is about money and how to charge you the highest price, with no minimum effort to solve your questions or deal with the insurance. They put all on you and within no time, they send you a letter with a big red warning sign, final notice to pay?? On the subject of the treatment, I am not sure if it is perfect or the best, what I feel after all, it is getting worse than the original. I am really disappointed, the doctor seems a good man, but I am not recommending this dentist office to any friends or family members. I feel so sorry, but I am really unhappy with how they treat their patients.
