I was referred to this oral surgeon and my dentist who faxed over my referral paperwork on 10/19..Sadly to say these folks never called me to schedule an appointment nor returned any of my calls. I had to go through my insurance to find an oral surgeon..And Thank-God I did because the oral surgeon I chose office is so much better and I had my oral surgery on this past Tuesday and only called them last Thursday and already had my surgery..So Thank-you for not contacting me because yall did me a favor and I will let my dentist know not to refer yall to anyone eles again.

5 starts truly isn't enough.. From the office, to receptionists, to the 3 nurses I had and Dr. Zambrano hisself everything was top notch. I had a referral somewhere else and they weren't able to get me in until December and this week when the pain intensified I messaged Cordova Oral on Facebook the response was almost instant and to my surprise Dr. Zambrano let me know today that was him chatting with me and he was able to get me in 3 days later for a wisdom tooth removal! His bed side manner is impeccable you can tell he's not a doctor that sees a dollar sign when he looks at you.. he'll go the extra mile to help and make sure you're comfortable. I don't have enough good things to say about him or his office. So clean, so professional, such hospitality!! So thankful for him and everyone in his office and how helpful they were!

Dr. Zambrano extracted a molar two days ago. I expected to have a lot of bleeding, oozing and pain afterwards, but it wasn't like that. The bleeding stopped less than 12 hours and the pain took only a few tylenol. I was afraid of the in- jections, but they didn't hurt as much as I expected. Dr. Zambrano was kind, easy to talk to, sympathetic and professional. I have had teeth pulled before and this was the easist and least painful one.

Excellent care and treatment while getting my implants put in. The staff is very caring and patient with you. Dr Zambrano is very kind and an excellent surgeon. I have a fear of dentist or oral surgeons having had some bad experiences at other places in the past. Dr Zambrano and his staff made me feel comfortable right away and I have had virtually no discomfort after having my procedure other than a little tenderness, which is expected. I highly recommend Dr Zambrano and his staff for any of your oral surgery needs.

This office has the most rude women answering the phones. They are completely unprofessional. I called almost two months ago for a referral and was told they would call me when there was an open appointment. I have yet to hear from anyone. Please avoid this office because if the people they have answering the phones are rude I can only imagine how the rest of the service will be. I wish I could leave negative stars because that would be more accurate. Negative 5 stars!!

This is the most unprofessional so called oral surgeon I have ever encountered. First they won't schedule you an appointment unless you pay them a certain amount of money and that's after they take two weeks to check your insurance and call you back. Don't even think about calling them cause they NEVER answer the phone. When I FINALLY got in touch with them they quoted me for a tooth I had pulled years ago talking about pulling 4 wisdom teeth when I only had 1 then got mad and had an attitude when I tried to tell them

By far the best dentist office I have ever been to in the county!!!! Everyone is so welcoming and very knowledgeable. If you want dental work done the right way, go to this office.

The staff was Very nice and professional. The office is state or the art. Dr Zambrano did 3 implants, Went over the whole treatment plan when I got there. I highly recommend this clinic.

Cordova Oral and Facial is a wonderful practice. The office is super clean, welcoming, comfortable and highly sensitive to keeping patients safe during pandemic tines. I had four of my wisdom teeth and one molar extracted with Dr. Zambrano and his team. I was nervous about the procedure, but from the consultation to post op, they have been magnificent. The staff is polite, helpful and friendly and made me feel at ease. They were very thorough before my procedure and explained everything. Dr. Zambrano was great. He answered my questions and performed my surgery with precision and care. Since I've been hone recovering, they have called and checked on me. I would definitely recommend this practice, and I'll be sticking with them for any needs I have in the future.

I had the best experience with this dentist.for my process it was painless and I'm always comfortable when I'm there and the staff is nice and the office always clean and look good. I love my experience with them and referring friends and family to them from now on
