Customer friendly, caring, professional staff. Many thanks to Marilyn who helped me through the dental insurance process. An extra thanks to Andrea the manager. Dr Hollander who I think is a top notch dentist in which all my dental problems brought before him was always managed in both a caring and professional way. He surpassed my highest expectations of what a dentist and office is supposed to be. He is a big asset to Coram dental. Thank you, Jim Z.

Called office today about my partial and the girl was rude. She basically said their lab wouldn't fix work from another lab! She didn't care about what I was saying! Do not go there the worst dental office. I would rather pull my own teeth than go there. In July I needed a filling and end of August was first appointment. Bull

This place is phenomenal! If anything I've been early and you guys make it a point to get me in before my time. The staff is extremely helpful and always greeted with nothing but kindness. The most important part is the dentist don't make you feel bad and are always very understanding.

This doctor office sucks when it comes to you calling in and requesting antibiotics because your mouth is hurting. It is Wednesday and Andrea is telling me that I have to wait until Saturday or contact another office because my mouth is hurting. I do not understand especially since this is a Dental Group. Why do I have to wait until my Dentist come in on Saturday to be able to get some help. Aren't there other doctors there. I wasn't asking for anything besides antibiotics, she act like I was requesting for a narcotics..... Granted I did have a good visit with my Dentist, the young that did my x-rays was pleasant and my appointment was 8 in the morning and they didn't take a long time to get me in and out!! So I am in a little Dilemma on if I am going to stay or NOT!! Andrea literally told me another Dr. won't write me a script unless they see me first. I was there less than two weeks ago

Front desk staff have DISGUSTING attitudes, you can feel how miserable they are over the phone :( If you're going to be rude at least be competent!!! I hope the owner of this practice gets rid of these girls -a lot of the reviews show that they are the biggest problem in the office.... yikes

This place is horrible. The dentist told me that he couldn't read my xray that they took at his office and couldn't tell me if I had any cavities or not, and the dentist hygienist was so rough with my teeth cleaning that she shifted a crown on my tooth and the tooth literally fell out a few days later. This cost me thousands of dollars and so much time and pain to correct. Literally go anywhere else.

My best friend literally just left their office. She had the WORST experience with this office. The dentist not only told her she had no wisdom teeth but then treated her as a burden when she questioned his INCORRECT Information.. she immediately went to another dentist(out of pocket!!) who DID THEIR JOB and let her know she DOES in fact have wisdom teeth and what was wrong with the affected wisdom tooth. The front desk was COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL and carried on multiple conversations when she was supposed to be addressing her concerns. My girl has been in pain and communicating with them for weeks!!!! These ppl are SCAM ARTISTS! They're LAZY, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

I can do nothing but rave about the staff and service here, from my first appointment when they fit me in in the midst of a pandemic to the gentle and easy care I received but, and most importantly, the front desk staff who have been phenomenal. Andrea was personable, understanding and informative as is everyone in this office. If you are like me and going through a tough dental spot, you will find no better care than here!

If I could give Coram Selden Zero Stars I would. I had one dentist insist I needed a root canal when even the Oral Surgeon said I didn't. This same dentist started to drill on my tooth before it was numb. He did't even wait for the novocaine to numb my gums. Then, he didn't floss between the teeth so when I tried to floss, I couldn't. Then, when I asked for another dentist, I got an attitude from the other female dentist. I had just gone through chemo and then had to wait through the lock down to get work done. I will never go back, never.

I was already hesitant going here because they told me it takes 3-4 months to schedule an appointment. I was running behind for my appointment looking for my insurance card. They called me because I was 5 mins late. I told them I'm sorry I'm just finding my card I'll be right there. They said well if we need to reschedule then it will be 30 dollars for my missed appointment and to reschedule. I've never had to do this at any other doctors. I'm sorry I'm a human being and running late but 30 dollars and what I wait ANOTHER 3 months. No I'm just gonna find a better dentist. The place looks shabby anyway.

The front desk assistants could work on their customer service skills. They are rude and treat you as if they were doing you a favor by helping you schedule an appointment.. First they tell you that they don't have appts until 3 months ahead. However, if you mention a specific date an automatic opening suddenly appears. My husband was running a few minutes behind 10 minutes to be exact. The assistant called us at 3:09 as we were driving into the parking lot and she gave his appt to someone else. I immediately called her back and she said sorry his appt was at 3pm. They should have a grace period of at least 15 minutes, which is the same amount of time we have to wait in the waiting area.

Not really sure why there's so many negative reviews, I've been a patient for years and I think this place is great !!! I've been seen by different dentists, hygienists, x-ray techs, and I've spoken with several receptionists there as well - and every staff member that I've encountered there has shown me nothing but kindness and professionalism... Yes, you have to book 2-3 months in advance for routine care, but I'M ALWAYS NOTIFIED OF THAT by the receptionist at the end of my appointments, so that I can plan ahead when booking for next time... My visits are always pleasant, and I always have surprisingly short wait times... I highly recommend them for regular dental care !!!

Extremely helpful front desk staff. They assisted me in getting a pediatric referral for my daughter and ensured we had it same day. Thank you!

I'm very disappointed and hurt that y'all are suppose to take care of your clients. However I came there yesterday which is 5 hours away from home to get a filling which I scheduled for to fill this hole in my mouth. And y'all didn't do anything!!!!! I'm scared and I wanna get this fixed and y'all looked for 5 mins and sent me out the door. I'm highly disgusted, ashamed and disappointed. So very upset. I wanna speak to someone in charge because this is ridiculous

I've been going here for a little while now and every single time the receptionist is always so rude for absolutely no reason. I brushed it off in the beginning and every time I went she still had an attitude. She is the one who makes the experience so unpleasant and honestly I don't want to go some place I do not feel welcomed.

I have gone here over the years for various things. They got me in quickly a few years ago for an emergency wisdom tooth removal (with no insurance). I recently got coverage again and found out I need a large amount of work done. Dr. Sarfraz has been so genuinely kind, comforting, and informative. On top of being warm and easy to talk to, she is incredibly quick and skilled at what she is doing! I never write reviews, but I felt I needed to for her. My wait times have been incredibly short also, but I know that can vary depending on the day.
